- Answer You need to look up the interface of whatever printer you want. It’s not hard. According to Dell’s website, the printer you asked about uses USB 2.0 and wi-fi. So, you could connect the aforementioned printer to your pc via wi-fi. If you do not have wi-fi, you would need to purchase a USB 2.0 cable because one is not included with this printer. All of this info is found on the Dell website for this printer.
