• I believe they can do it. YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO AHEAD OF TIME

• Yes they can, but it will most likely require you to schedule the mounting service again, as well as paying for it (unless you’re a total tech member).
