QuestionFrom the pucture for this product it looks as as though there are 2 separate light strings as no wire seems to be joining them. Are there also 2 controllers? Or is there a connecting cable? What is the lighted length of the 190 lights for this product

- Answer No, only one controller, the wires are clear so hard to see. Lights are very bright and many designs to choose or make your own. 600 lights are way to many for. 6’-7’ tree may only need a 400 even a 200 light set

- Answer Dear Zach, only Twinkly PRO support the ArtNet/DMX protocol and the OSC protocol. For Twinkly retail, like the Icicle Lights LED 190 RGB, this option is not available.

- Answer They can’t be linked to another string of lights physically but still run in sequence.

- Answer The Twinkly Icicle lights are not specifically for a tree; they are more decorative and hang down, like icicles, from a mantel or roof line. As a reference, the Twinkly Pre-Lit tree is a 7.5 ft tree with 400 lights. For a smaller tree, the 250 count LED light string would be adequate. - Answer Total of 18 feet. Two 9 foot strands get hung side by side. All attached to one plug

QuestionDoes the RGB+W allow the user to create warm white to cool white and all shades, hues, and tones in between like the Silver & Gold version does? I am trying to match white lights I already own but also want the RGB flexibility to create other colors.

- Answer Of course, with LEDs RGB+W profile you can reproduce all the pure white tones (warm and cool) and the color palette of the Multicolor range. So, in addition to the 16 million colors developed by the 3 RGB channels, this special LED can play an amazing PURE Warm White. Alone, or blended with the other colors. Hope this helps.

QuestionAre they waterproof or adequate for winter or to get wet if it rains?

- Answer I keep them outside on my gutters. All through winter rain and snow in Illinois. I do cover the control piece and plug with a large ziplock bag to keep moisture away from that part. Never any issues.

- Answer Hello! The RGB edition can reproduce white, but it is the result of the blend between the 3 RGB color sources; if you prefer to get pure white (or warm white), the RGB+W version is also available.

- Answer You don’t physically connect them. You need to set them both up on your app individually, then use the app to join them so they function together.

- Answer The lighted length is 16 feet. I setup 4 of these and I don't believe there is a way you can extend the length without purchasing more of the same. The app will allow multiple string to be assigned or grouped.
