QuestionNO DIAL TONE.The display of the handset says, "Out of range or no power at base". Power is connected. Battery is fully charged. Have disconnected the power cord and the battery from the handset multiple times. No luck. OOMA VOIP. Can receive voice mail.

- Answer this happened to me when I was setting up my Ooma services, and I called Ooma who tested my phone and the problem was that I needed a new phone, Ooma recommends The VTech phone system, once purchased & hooked up problem solved.

- Answer Hi - No, the VTech CS5129-26 does not have a Hold feature. However, if you are referring to answering a call waiting, pressing the flash button while on a call will place the current call on hold automatically. You can switch back and forth by pressing flash. You may check the single line cordless phone IS8151-3 or our 2-line phones DS6151 and DS6251 which has the hold feature. Thank you! - VTech Support
