QuestionOne of the two handsets on my new Vtech CS5129-26 is not working, not charging and it's been charging for a week. So I think it's a bad battery, as someone here advised me earlier. How do I get a new battery for this handset?

- Answer Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the VTech CS5129-26. The battery may not charge if the charger is not plugged in securely to a known working electrical outlet. Make sure that the charger is connected to a working outlet not controlled by a wall switch. If you are still having issues with the unit, you can contact our Customer Support at 1-800-595-9511. Questionlooking for a phone with two different numbers is this it or this is just 2 phones with 1 number ?

- Answer It is one phone system with 2 handsets. The phone on the larger base is the main line and the other can be placed in another room. They both ring when you have an incoming call.

- Answer Unplug battery, wait 5 minutes, plug back in, wait another 5 minutes (with phone in cradle) that should cause it to resync.
