QuestionIs there a way to make the phone ring longer before it goes to voicemail? My in laws have a problem getting to the phone in time before it goes right to voicemail.

- Answer Yes this phone can be set to 2,3,4,5 or 6 rings. There is also a feature called Toll Saver which will answer after 2 rings if you have new messages and 4 rings if you have no new messages.

QuestionInstructions say: Press MENU when handset not in use. Scroll to Set date/time... (etc). There is no "scroll" on our phone. Pressing MENU leads to a message informing me there are no messages - but there are.
