A:AnswerHi - The VTech DS6771-3 does not have an option to lock the built in Answering System. If you are referring to a Voicemail subscription from your telephone service provider which is a separate messaging system. You may contact your telephone service provider if you are referring to your Voicemail subscription to get assistance on how to unlock your voicemail messages.
