QuestionI've had it few months and have 1TB of data on it. I was adding about 300GB more data and it said full and aborted. Then I tried again and I see plenty of room available but now when I plug it in, it says "Repairing device /dev please wait..." What to do?

- Answer When hard drives fail, sometimes they make a clicking noise (the moving parts inside) , sometimes not. If it's on your ps4, it's highly unlikely the information is retrievable. The format ps4 uses doesn't work on a windows machine. So trying to recover the games would be a losing effort. Your gonna have to redo your games either on your system drive or get another external drive and redo the game downloads. Sorry man. It happens to the best of us...

QuestionI have pictures on a laptop, iPad and sd cards from cell phones. What kind of cords will I need to connect each of these? Do I need a monitor hooked up to the hard drive to make sure the pictures are actually loading?

- Answer Base on your question it sound like all your pictures are on your PC, if this is the case all you will need is a 3.0 USB cord to plug up to an external hard drive and then transfer the picture by dragging them to the external hard drive
