QuestionWhen installing the unit over the stove, may one install it higher than the recommended height from top of stove to bottom of microwave? It seems that 14 inches of space between the bottom of microwave and top of stove is not enough space to cook in

QuestionThe volume and pitch of the low profile microwave sound is to weak and high for me to hear. Very frustrating. Is there any way to alter the sound so I can hear it? I have no problem with hearing various sounds from my other appliances. Help please. Thx

- Answer To set clock: open door, press clock until window reads “clock” then enter the time & press start. To clear the microwave, I’m not sure. You can find manuals online. I think I just pressed “0”

QuestionDoes this have to be plugged into an outlet or is it hardwired?

- Answer The unit comes in the box with a three pronged wall plug attached, so of course it can be plugged into a wall socket. However, the Installation Manual that comes with it indicates that the unit can be hardwired to a suitable source and it is connected with proper grounding etc. So, it can be installed either way, depending upon your needs.

- Answer I have a WML 55011HS. The filter part number that came on my unit is MFG PART #W11213882 . They are 7 X 10 inches and mine have little flanges/fingers that are about 1 inch protrusions.

- Answer Hello! Control Lock- Activate to avoid unintended start. Touch and hold the Cancel keypad for about 3 seconds until 2 tones sound and the CONTROL LOCKED appears in the display. When locked, touching any button on the keyboard (except for the hood control buttons and Cancel) will not work. Repeat to unlock control. We hope this helps.

- Answer You can use “Toggler” brand anchors and bolts as well. They are available at Lowe’s and Home Depot. Work great. I’ve used them for years in commercial/ industrial applications, as well as at home. Hope this is helpful.
