- Answer Thank you for your interest in WHOOP. The purchase of the WHOOP 4.0 Health and Fitness Tracker includes a 12-month membership. You will have an opportunity to extend your membership directly with WHOOP when the 12-month membership expires.

QuestionHow do I activate my Whoop membership for a Whoop purchased at Best Buy? I received a Whoop for a gift but am unable to activate membership without a credit card.

- Answer Download the Whoop app, select the app, and create a new Whoop account. During this process, it will ask for a card but it will say "you will not be charged until...." i.e. one year later. NOTE: If you ever had a previous Whoop account, you must use a new email address.
