A:Answer 7900 XTX dropped on AMD site around 9am EST and the remainder sites followed. I have spoken with people in store in WA, and it doesn't seem to have any in store. Supposedly Best Buy had a restock around 1am EST 12/14/22 and 10PM PST 12/13/22. The frequency in which they restock is unknown, it's a hopefully you refresh and keep your eye on it before a notification comes out to everyone else that it is available.
