A: This is not a dedicated dehumidifier that being said the unit will average 1.7 pints of moisture per day
Q: What makes this a conditioner spitting water
A: Thank you for your question! Well there could be a couple things that could be happening. (1) It can either be installed incorrectly with no tilt toward the outside, {Make sure to place the unit so that it is resting on the windowsill with a ¼" to ½" downward tilt towards the outside}.or (2) you may need to remove the drain plug under the unit. A: You pop open the front of the unit, and there's a filter screen you can just clean with a brush.
