I got the sole pencil to use with my iPad Pro and got 2 of these creations for my kids to use with their new iPads. It works just as well as the Apple Pencil. Only difference is the way it charges and it doesn’t have the ability to tap to change pencil widths/eraser. Honestly, that feature isn’t really a big deal for kids and you can’t beat the price!

Bought this to go with my new 8th generation iPad. Never used a pen with an iPad before, but I'm starting to learn the various ways this can be useful, for taking notes and editing photos, etc. Have not used an Apple pen so can't compare performance, but I can't imagine what the Apple does that's so much better for the extra money it costs.

Great apple pencil alternative

It is a good alternative to the Apple pencil. The only think that I don't like is that it cannot be charged like the Apple pencil but I really like the option to turn off the pencil while is not being used. My previous apple was useless a couple of times because it was not in the correct location for charging on my iPad.

Works great on my Apple iPad 7 th gen. It ticks into the pocket of my case perfectly and it isn’t round so it doesn’t roll off the table or surface when I put it down. The only thing that it doesn’t do that the Apple Pencil does is pressure sensitive writing. That’s it. And if you don’t care about that I’d say get this instead of the Apple Pencil

Great on the other devices but what I needed it for. I got the digital crayon for my iPad Pro model A1670. I thought I was doing my research on what model was compatible. It didn’t automatically sync. Unfortunately I did take it back not because it wasn’t great feel and everything but because it wasn’t compatible with IPad Pro model A1670.

Love the Logitech Crayon. Very happy with price. My only complaint is that I have a glass screen protector on my iPad 6th gen and when I write with the Crayon you hear the contact when the tip touches the screen. Not really loud, but not totally quiet either. Other than that, very happy that I purchased and sure beats the price of Apple and appears to do the same thing.

The Logitech Crayon is a cheaper alternative to the Apple Pencil
(1st Generation), however, it is not as feature rich. The Crayon does not work with all apps. Pressure sensitivity does not work consistently. The Crayon does feel good in your hand and does not roll off the table like the Pencil does.

Wanted to try a writing instrument with my new iPad, but did not want to spend the amount Apple wanted for their Product. Knew that the Crayon was being used in schools, and it was discounted with my purchase, so I decided to give it a try. It is a nice addition. Still trying to figure out which Apps will benefit from the Crayon, a work in progress.

I have two issues with this one it doesn't last (power) as long as the apple pencil and two I have to constantly turn it on. It is a good thing and bad the good is that you can use it with any other Apple device without having to pair it and the bad is that you have to turn it on to work. So that is the reason why I gave it four stars instead of five.

I prefer holding this to the Apple version. For what I'm doing on a mini, I don't notice and difference from the Apple version 1 or 2 pen. I am not doing anything with this pen that requires variable pressure. Pairing is easy, not sure how it even does it. I've only paired it with 1 device.
