Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To make it work there is a pin hole on the side of the orange tip remove the orange tip to untwist and then tighten back and replace the orange cap and it should connect then . It doesn’t say anything in the instructions at all on how to do it. Don’t try to pull on it without putting a pin to thru the pin hole because you can’t remove the tip without doing that step.
