Modem is fast an can handle lots of connections. I usually have six video steams going at same time plus several phones an laptops no problems.

I purchased this combination router/modem to allow me to discontinue paying rent on a similar product from my service provider. I checked my new service provider’s website for compatibility and I am positive that I made the correct decision. I’m happy to say I have not encountered issues with the performance of my system and it is paying for itself through reduced cost for my internet and cable service.

Excellent modem. Works great with Xfinity. The m getting the high speed that I’m paying for. Pairs nicely with my new Linksys router.

Super easy setup, works well, great improvement on our old docsis 3.0 unit. No issues getting it set up with our provider either.

Works well and fast. The extra LAN connects on the back are not extra router connections. They are used for multiple bandwidth inputs.

The Netgear nighthawks CM 1200 is very easy to set up and I have spectrum so far I had it for a month with no issue I would recommended

Purchased to use on Xfinity internet. Plugged in and setup within minutes using the Xfinity app. No issues encountered so far.

Worked out of the box with no problems. I did have to call my service provider Sparklight to activate it, since their online activation didn’t work—kept giving an error message saying it wasn’t recognized as a modem they support (even though I had checked their list of supported modems prior to purchase), but I believe that was a Sparklight issue and not a Netgear one. They were able to activate it, and from the moment it started working it’s been great. Works well with our Orbi mesh system and has increased our speeds.

Works well but internet is spotty sometimes. No way to really see where the issue is is, but it hasn’t died yet.

Excellent performance, zero internet disruptions with five users streaming HD content or connected via VPN to remote desktops.

Needed a new modem to replace an arris 6183 and went with this one. A little over kills since you can't use all 4 ports unless you get 4 IP address form cable provider. Easy to set up and my speeds are about the same but want all my devices on Netgear. Paired with R6700 AC1750 router and S8000 Switch. I stream Hulu and seems to have solved some buffering issues. All wired devices to stream. Could have saved $50 to go with one port.

My old modem stopped working and not wanting to rent a modem, I bought this one. I had a little trouble setting it up so I went back to the store and was given clear instructions from a very helpful salesperson. It works great!
