This Modem is EXCELLENT! It will pull every megabyte available from your Internet Provider that they allow through. INCREDIBLY dependable; no need for a power reset for nearly a month and is always pushing top performance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Modem. The price is high, but it does pay for itself with what it can provide and dependability.

Works as designed, yet to try the 4 ports for my 4 different IP connections... Internet provider is having hard time to speed up connection, and they are working on it still. (Spectrum is my provider) but it does connect up. Waiting for the 4 gig service, so the 4 ports can split it to 1 gig each :-) Buying for the future, updating to doxis 3.1 from 3.0

Strong, but misleading. This modem really only has one usable port dispite having four. It took a day off searching forums to discover that. The instructions are not straightforward for everyday people. The others are for more complicated serious daisy chaining multiple Nighthawks. A switch is needed or direct connection to a WiFi router to connect multiple devices to the internet.

Fast speeds and connectivity with our Xfinity internet

Very easy to setup. Wasn’t getting full gigabit speed so had Comcast come out. It turns out I was actually getting 2 gigabits. What they don’t tell you is that the SoeedTest site doesn’t support gigabit speeds for testing. You need a speed test website made for business speeds. I went to the one one the Comcast business site and was regularly pulling between one and two gigabits.

Got this to use with our Gig internet speed. Of course our provider tried to tell us this modem wouldn’t work but little did they know their list was outdated and this model was brand new at the time. Works flawlessly and provides a great option to renting when paired with an excellent router.

Excellent purchase. Works flawlessly. I had the arris sb8200 before and always lost connection multiple times through the day. Have not lost connection with this and it’s been a month. The arris had issues out of the box. Thought it was the router. Replaced it and still had issues. Replace the arris and haven’t had issues yet. Recommend for everyone with gigabit internet.

Set was easy and performs very well with higher speeds.

This moden is a lot cheaper over time versus renting one plus getting to speeds of 940mbs direct connected and an average of 600mbs through my Asus gaming router.

Works better than what Comcast provided. Haven't had any drops in my internet
