Loved it until 02/20/20

It worked slightly better than Arris but on 02/20/20 it started to lose download channels.... I'd reboot and fine for a time. Checked cable company and no issues.,,, Not believing them I plugged Arris back in and everything has been stable since. Will be calling Netgear CS.

Netgear Customer Service Is Terrible

Customer Service put me on hold twice for 45 minutes and hung up on me the third time and had to start all over. Retiring and setup Aris with no issue at all.

The unit I bought from BestBuy was in perfect condition and means a lot to me. Thankyou BestBuy.

Hard to set up - only one port works at a time?

I couldn't hook up my security, home network, and micro-cell separately, I had to route it all through the home network and connect that to the modem.

Good Modem, Setup with Caution

I had so many issues setting up because I started by connecting this modem directly to my pc via Ethernet first instead of my router and it refused to connect to my router until I factory reset. No one on any customer support line could help me with this.

My wifi will tell me I have no internet connection at times, but I think it’s a problem with suddenlink. I believe that there is nothing wrong with my modem. When everything is working properly it’s awsome!!
