It is way to set up and use. The color copies are pretty goo. We love the fact that the ink should last us a while depending on the number of copies you make. So far we are happy with it.

Great model with ink tanks vs the old tech model it replaced. Working as expected (very good). I anticipate it will continue to do so, Ive been an HP printer customer for over twenty years.

Fast and the ink lasts a long time! This is my first ink well printer and I have to say I'm very impressed. Its been months with constant printing and I still haven't needed to refill. My old Ink jet would have been empty weeks ago and the print quality id also better. I highly recommend!

Ease of setup is great. Quality of printing is great. Quietness is great. Printer keeps disappearing from the network and has to be setup again ... not great.

I love this new printer. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is due to the limited two-sided printing. You can do two-sided but it’s a manual process. Therefore, you can not do two-sided printing from a remote device, like your IPad. Love the new ink cartridges that last a long time.

It is taking some getting used to with the switch from cartridges to the bottles of ink. Otherwise, it is a good printer. I also like the top feed feature. That was new to me. It makes copying more efficient.

Seems to print a lot slower than my previous HP printer but could be due to having the refillable chambers as opposed to a cartridge. Prints well though!

I had a printer which worked perfectly fine EXCEPT I never could get it connected by WiFi to my computer. Having just upgraded my computer I decided to upgrade the printer and pay for an in-home installation to ensure it got WiFi connected successfully. The Geek Squad enabled me to get both the new printer AND my old one WiFi connected, to both my desktop and my laptop--a 4-in-1 solution to problems that annoyed me for years. This printer is not your solution for amazing photo prints. It's more suitable for B&W and color business-type graphics. These large ink tanks hold SO MUCH more ink than the little cartridges I am used to - no more having to order a new set after a large print job! Very good!

Bought this on a whim, thought it looked interesting and wanted to see how it worked. After setting it all up and getting my pc connected, filled up the tanks, test prints, crisp clear prints, silent operation, ease of ink levels. Love the tanks in the front, bought extra ink bottles but the tank holds so much, my black which I used the most isn’t even at half yet and I printed A LOT!! Lil expensive but might be my best printer yet.

Great machine plugged it in (hardwire) and it prints like a champ. A lot of ink! Remember it spills. That's where it stops. Won't connect bluetooth or any other way. Won't scan won't do anything but print! Requests for assistance were not of help but each request involved a $29.95 subscription totaling $129.00 so far; I can't get one HP service TURNED OFF. I have a PhD in Technology and this is bad. Printers are an after thought and None connect with the customer in mind. I love the precision printing! Replacement Printer cartridges can NOT be purchased! 5 years into production spares are not available; Buy a whole new printer like I did!

Easy to set up. ALTHOUGH, putting in the 2 cartridges was not easy. HOWEVER, I fo like the ability of refilling each color as you need to. Makes much more sense. I purchased because I like printing current pictures of our kids and grandkids and hanging up. Already used the fax feature, works great, prints pages fast. Make sure you open the top COMPLETELY. Or it will fall back closed. All in all, a good buy, quality.

I bought this when my other printer gave out on me. Reasons for buying this was because the ink doesn’t dry up like cartridges do. It’s been 6 months I’ve had this and I have been very happy with the purchase. Highly recommend it!
