This is the best for the price printer. Want to know the biggest "Pros" ---The ink is much cheaper that my HP 5200 series printer. HP quality is there! Also got it on sale!

Its a great printer and all, even allows me to print remotely from any of my devices. But…. The HP smart app is a pain because it seems to ONLY want to use the app. If it does support other utility, i havent been able to get the printer to detect on anything else.

The price was low but this printer operates as good as a more costly one.

Prints extremely well for the price. Could have better instructions on the use of the product a while to figure out.

Was a little difficult for me to link to my desk top... cuz I'm old, lol. Need to bring it in seems stuck on printing same thing and waisted ink

Didn’t want to spend much on printer, but this printer is pretty poorly performing. Set up not to hard. If you just print or copy printed documents it works ok. More than that like printing 8.5x11. Photo or sewing, quilting patterns from internet of off pdf etc. the page comes out streaked with uneven color. Printing photos from your pictures files results in same. Last straw was My wife wanted to enlarge a detailed section of needle point pattern on scanner. Impossible!! This printer doesn’t allow for that. Sure you could scan to files. Enlarge & send to printer but she does enlargements all the time. The ink cartridges are not costly, but they empty VERY quickly. Repeat very quickly. Returned to Best Buy for refund. No problem. Salesman said many find this on this printer. He suggested 8025e. It did all we wanted to do print quality is excellent. Easy on ink, cartridges are more costly though. Our old HP4500 was rugged & much simpler to use. I hate having to use HP smart to control printer. The old one just had control panel for printer on PC from the install CD. End of day if you can get by with a bare bones printer you don’t use much the cheapest printer does print. If you need more, it simply isn’t enough printer.

Good value for the dollar. Works well, easy to use, I'm able to print from my phone, aswell as my desk top. Prints very clear, easy to maintain. My son recommend it.

It is a very good and easy printer. I haven't changed ribbon, etc. yet so hopefully that is easy also. I did have to have Geek Squad help me, but thankfully I have a contract with great people!!!

Great printer for the price, I do have some trouble figuring out how it works, but somehow I always get it to work. Probably my poor Internet.

I needed to replace my home printer and I chose this one. It just took a few minutes to set up since it's run by Wifi. I haven't had any problems at all since I installed it. I'd buy it again if I needed another printer. I recommend it!

This basically the same printer I've had for 15 year. Previous reviews said set up was difficult but I didn't have any issues.
