This printer was junk right out of the box. Flimsy materials. Set up was way to difficult. After getting it connected to wifi, it kept throwing codes. More time spent trying to clear codes. Carriage holding the cartridges refused to move. It sounded like a thrashing machine. It was reboxed and promptly sent back.

I’ve never had difficulty setting up my printers and for some reason it’s not connecting. I’ve tried over 20 times and it’s not connecting. I will be returning and getting another brand.

The printer runs out of in incredibly fast. Printing takes forever and i gave up trying to print from my computer. I have to print everything from my phone because it refuses to connect with my computer.

Horrible printer. Slow ink hog that stopped working in less than a year under light use. Will never buy Canon again. Best Buy was ZERO help.

This has to be the worst printer I ever bought as new. The unit itself wasnt so terrible but the setup was a joke,from poorly written misguided instructions to videos designed to help spefic problems and you watch the video that provides little help if any.

Piece of crap. I bout this in July, three months later, it does not want to print square or in line. I have tried everything to get it to work right, and nothing, Won't buy a Canon again.

Great little printer that is an upgrade due to new devices. The old Canon is still printing on the older devices. Really great printer❣️

Printer broke in a year and a half. It didnt even make it through the first ink cartridge replacement.

Slow to operate. Difficult to program, no written manual.

This is the worst printer I have ever purchased. No only does Best Buy not sell the ink to go with it. On eve I finally got it. The printer will not accept the cartridges and states that there are foreign object in there. Such a waste of money

Difficult to use, not user friendly. I wound up giving it away.

The ink included is a very small amount. I changed the ink for the first time and now the printer prints side ways. It’s too early to be having issues.

This printer is horrible. It keeps going offline for no reason. We’ve attempted to use a cord as opposed to WiFi. Same thing. It’s horrible.

For the price and the use that I need it for it is perfect. The menu system is a little clunky but otherwise great purchase.

The Canon printer it’s ok for your home office I like it if you don’t have to use that much paper so it is just right for me

I purchase this item but I had to return it because I didn’t have wifi or Internet for this to function with our cells if we needed to print document and we even had to purchase an app for it to work it was to difficult to even worked it.

Took me 2 weeks to get this Canon TR4720 to connect wirelessly and I am not alone having this problem with Canon printers. Go to their web site and read the reviews. No manuals just a QR code. So if you have no printer, how do you download a manual?
