I'm not the most tech-savvy person by far, and I had this thing up and running in under an hour. So far it's done everything I expected it to do, without printer drama.

The scanner is not as fast and a little bit more difficult to use than a previous brother printer that I had. But I really like this one

Having used an HP for a long time, I was looking for something different. The HP quality started to diminish so I needed something better. This was MUCH better.

If your running Linux and your not proficient using command line you will learn a thing or two as I did. No automatic driver install as with windows based OS.

Brother makes the best printers. Hands down

These are work horses and my last brother printer is still going after 20 plus years. Definitely will continue to purchase brother printers.

BASIC BLACK PRINTER WITH LARGE TONER CARTRIDGE
