Basic printer . Gets the job done efficiently and reasonnably priced.

This printer would never stay connected to our wifi. Made you jump through hoops evety time you needed to print anything. Super annoying. Finally replaced it with a somewhat more expensive Canon printer that has been rock solid reliable. I cannot recommend this printer if you plan on using it wireless.

Good printing but unable to connect to internet after several tries

This is great for evwryday home usage. Great scanner with the HP app. Sufficuent for Printing school project's

2.4ghz only, no 5g. Ink disappears fast with low usage.

You get what you pay for. Tried for 2 hours to get it to connect to the wi fi network and it just would not.

This printer has been nothing but problems. It's constantly stopping mid-print. Will start it over on it's own several times wasting a ton of ink and paper. Then suddenly, hours later, will spit it out. It's not my wifi as I WFH and have no problems with lagging or going out.

Just perfect for the price if you need your casual prints and it’s fast for it too

I attempted to use this printer for about a week. It went through color cartridges like crazy and after 10 or so pages would print it would just stop printing all together and I could not get it to work again, almost as if it was over heating. I'm sure it's great if you are printing like 1 or 2 photographs but any kind of attempt at office work I do not recommend.

This is a nice little printer for the money. Not the highest quality on printing but xopy is great.

It's a good printer, very easy setup until you have to put in a new router. Then it becomes difficult to connect wireless.

The printer's cartridge ran out after printing only 10 items. I went to buy a replacement cartridge, but it didn't work; I got a cartridge with the same serial number as the one on the printer. It's a terrible product, definitely don't buy it.

This is by far the worst HP printer I’ve ever purchased. The connection over Wifi is super poor and it require a reset each time before a new print job. Save yourself the hassle by spending more for a more efficient model. This one is terrible!

This is low cost backup printer. I often use this printer in vehicles when traveling.

Purchased on 4/8/25 in store. Clerk said no more left and they would order one and email me when it arrived in store so that I could pick it up. Never got it! I called a week or less after purchase and the girl at customer service told me it was still not shipped to store. Called store again on 4/24/25, was on hold for 30 minutes (8:28 PM to 8:57 PM) and they disconnected me! Called the (888) number and have been on hold for 20 minutes already! Meanwhile, I logged into my account and it actually states that I purchased in store, and they make it look as though I received it!!!! What nerve! What horrible experience! People just don't care about how they treat others anymore! I will always tell people about the bad service at Best Buy.

Very versatile printer, super price and value, easy to set up and use, even has fax ability through the on line web site!
