The extractor hood has enough power, the light is very practical and has several levels as well. Super easy to use, I recommend it

I have gone through GE for the manufacturer warranty. Their contracted technicians have come and gone with parts being ordered multiple times. It is now December 2025 and the microwave is still not fixed. Today I was called to reschedule my fourth service appointment because parts will not be available until January 2026. There is no straight forward process to push through a full replacement because it's not covered under their warranty.

Anything else I must say I do wish if this product can have option to connect to smart phone like the e-cooking range same branch they have.

It is the best microwave I have ever used. The different settings enable her to heat/cook food quickly and easily. Also, Best Buy had the best price by far and their pickup procedures were a breeze!!
