We used this Geek Squad service / warranty / customer care program on the first day we set up the new computer. Got all my questions answered and they helped me set up the computer exactly he way I wanted. Great start to a great new computer.

It's worth it. It may seem like a lot of extra money especially if you're budget is Like mine. These are words to live by. I apply it to most areas of my life. It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Insurance, a spare tire ,extra key,or a gun . You name it ;)

I love my cat but when she decides to knock my breakfast shake onto my new computer I couldn't help but be frustrated. I brought my computer into Best Buy, and due to the Support Plus plan they exchange it. No hassles. Great investment.

I am a little ambivalent on this support contract. I think it just depends on which squad member you get. I have had excellent help and then not so good help. But overall I am satisfied with the support I have received. And it's nice to know you have someone to call if something goes wrong.

The only time that we used the service, was the initial setup. That is a good thing, because we have not really had any issues with the unit. It's nice to know that they are there when we need them. They are the bomb.

I always buy the Geek Squad coverage with most items I buy from Best Buy. I know they always save my information in their computer without my receipt. They are very pleasant and always try their best to fix or replace the product.

I always purchase geek squad protection for all of my electronics. In the past I've used their services and am always satisfied with the work for no cost, except the initial purchase of the protection. It pays for itself.

I purchased this product after I bought the Surface Pro 4. This protection allows me to bring the surface Pro 4 back in in the event that I have to crack the screen which I have done two previous times. On those occasions I did not have any protection so I suggest you buy it I live and learn.

don't know what I would do with out the geek squad-always helpful for situations when I get stuck or have all these crazy messages pop up on my computer. we are not all that tech savvy and it's great to know they are a call away.

Geek squad was a great help with my laptop when the network card went out. After a few attempts of trying to fix it I was able to get a better laptop. Not once did they talk down on me and delivered great customer service the entire time.

I'm so thankful that the Geek Squad is a thing. I am a computer "user" definitely not into fixing problems beyond disk clean up and defragment. I will never go without these experts- they take the worry out of all things computer.

I bought this warranty for my daughter in college and she is able to go to the Best Buy near her school for repairs. I have purchased the Best Buy warranty previously and have never had issues getting computers repaired or replaced.

I strongly recommend buying this plan if you purchase a computer at best buy. I had some trouble with the laptop i bought two weeks after buying it and with purchasing this plan with it the problem was fixed at no cost to me.

Many people think these plans are "Scams" to get your money. But they pay for themselves considering how often technology breaks on people. We always buy one and have yet to not use it! Free fixing and replacements is great!

I always felt comfortable knowing that I have a three-year protection plan on my device. I would encourage anyone to get that because it's a minimal amount of money compared to having to have something fixed or replaced

I've had to use the Geek Squad once already and they made installing some software for me so simple! They tempted into my laptop and took care of everything so needed. I will always purchase this service that give me peace of mind.

I HIGHLY recommend that everybody buying any expensive electronic or any appliances get the GeekSquad protection. It will save you a lot of money in the future if something happens. Plus, Best Buy has the best geeks ever ;)

Had e-mail problems and was on the phone 3 hours working it out. They were patience and not belittling to a non techie. We finally figured it out and all is well. Was amazed that they worked with me that long. Good purchase.

Ok for 10 year old, sluggish for Roblox. Intended for occasional casual use, and playing Roblox. It is sluggish and frustrating for him to use. Will be looking to purchase a gaming laptop with a quad core processor and a dedicated graphics card with separate Video memory.

This is the fifth or sixth computer purchased at Best Buy. We always get the protection because the Geek Squad has been so helpful in the past. Whether questions by phone, or service in the store, we appreciate the help.
