    Excellent looking TV. The sound quality could be better. Picture quality is good for the size. Maybe a sound bar to upgrade sound.

    I had 3 HORRIBLE phone calls to your customer service to arrange the installation of one tv. Two of the phone calls were over 30 minutes. Sent the wrong size mount - had to return to the store (which I was trying to avoid). Didn't show for the first installation appointment. Had no record of that appointment when I called back, even though I had an email confirming it. Set 2nd appt, told I would receive an email confirmation - I did not get that one, but the tech did call two days ahead of appt to confirm. Consistently couldn't see that I had already paid for services. Unacceptable. Thank God that the service tech that came to do the install was professional, understanding, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, capable. Overall, a sterling representative for your company, he went out of his way to make sure everything was fine. Also of note, the personnel in the Morse Rd store in Columbus OH were very helpful. It did take a while for them to figure out what was going wrong, but to their credit, they found a way to correct billing and were able to upsell me on the mounting bracket. Quite an accomplishment since I wasn't happy to have to go to the store to begin with! Want to qualify the answer below about recommending to a friend. Only with an accompanying explanation of my problems.

    Thank you, Best Buy…for the absolute WORST buying experience of my life. I am a Service Member living overseas who was attempting to purchase a TV and phone for my 85-year old Aunt living in Fort Wayne, IN. I wanted to (a) purchase items and (b) have the items delivered and installed at my Aunt’s residence. I called the Apple Glenn (Fort Wayne) store, stupidly believing I could accomplish this while talking to a human being in my Aunt’s home town. WRONG! I was directed to your website which is absolutely the least intuitive purchase website I’ve ever had the displeasure of surfing. When I found the times, I discovered that I couldn’t choose DELIVERY and INSTALLATION as an option: only store pick-up and shipping. So, I chatted with a nice gentleman from the other part of the world who sent me a link to pull up the separate purchase item for delivery/installation. Am I (or any other customer) just supposed to know that such a link exists? So…I ordered/purchased all (to include the delivery and installation package for $99) and was told I’d receive an e-mail to set-up delivery. I never received the e-mail. I called the 1-800-BEST BUY number and was connected with a lady who while nice and polite, was absolutely incompetent when it came to helping me schedule a delivery. I was on the phone with her for OVER AN HOUR (please check your records) and still couldn’t schedule a simple drop off and installation. After a call back, we got things settled (finally) on a delivery date and installation date. WONDERFUL! And it only set me back nearly 3-hours of my weekend. Now it is 20 February. I wanted to add HAUL AWAY to my order because my 85 year-old Aunt probably can’t lift an old 27-inch TV. More pain. I called the store doing the installation: they can’t help. I dialed in to your chat line, only to be told to call your 1-800 BEST BUY number. Ohhh…the horror. Not again! Now I’ve been on the line for 30-plus minutes (and counting), long enough to type this note, while your experience operators try to figure out how to add a $14.99 haul away charge to my order. Why? Why is this so absolutely painful. Maybe it wasn’t the operator’s fault: perhaps it’s the antiquated order system you have in place to help (hurt) customers. So: almost another hour on the phone with Best Buy. I can’t be sold the $14.99 haul away plan because your 1950s vintage ordering systems doesn’t allow your own operators to fix problems. What a joke. One thing is certain: I will never buy at BEST BUY again.

    I highly recommend the Geek Squad! They not only set up my new Samsung TV, but also installed all my components! They were so helpful & courteous! They made sure I was 100% satisfied with my complete purchase!

    We were having problems with our Apple TV and Netflix streaming. Turns out it was our wifi and we needed a complete upgrade. Geek squad helped us pick out the exact modem we needed and completed installation for us!

    Geek Squad team was fantastic and they even recommended a router to me after I explained some issues that I was having. I went on to purchase that router at Best Buy and my house system is functioning 10x better than before!

    I expected 1 or 2 Geeks to come but I got 3,,,they were so knowledgeable and spot on with there installation and knowledge of the TV I purchased. Arrived timely and were very customer friendly and polite.

    Smart tv. Only problem is it's SMARTER than I'd like, LOL Easy install and setup. Quite pleased with picture but especially the sound is phenomenal.
