Arrived on time and installed equipment professionally.

Both geek squad members did a great job of setting up, solving the problem about taking my old TV away, working with Comcast even though was on hold for a loooooooooooooooooong time, and spent time with me to go over the remote and how everything worked. Really appreciated their time and expertise in answering all my questions.

It may have been my fault, maybe I missed in the discription, but when this came, it was a reclyed item, it works ok so far

Grant did a wonderful job hooking up all of the items I bought then gave me his number to call him if I had any issues understanding how to use my new entertainment system. I did have to call him a couple of times and he was able to walk me through what was needed and was extremely patient. I am an older person who has some issues understanding all the new technology but Grant gave me a crash course and I am very grateful that he was sent to do my set up.

Tech who came out was great. Trying to get appointment set up was hard work,was put on hold several times. Also customer service dropped my call 3 times.Then after someone took my credit card and charged it, they dropped the call again.

I had the Geeks install a new set-top box from cable company as well as TV and blue-ray player. They were on-time, very polite and a pleasure to deal with. They showed me everything I needed to know to use the new system and made sure I tried it a few times myself before leaving.

Not as impressed with the current install as the original work that was completed after purchase.

Rushed service, nothing explained, set up not working. Have called twice and left messages following up asking for help. No return calls.

The system install was expertly performed by Tom Lambert, the best of the Geek Squad technicians! Neat, orderly, and Tom tweeked the system for the best output. This is not the first time the Geek Squad has provided services like this for us - and it will not be the last!

I had a lot of trouble with this because I was ordering the service for a location across the country. The Geek Squad started out by coming to my home instead of the address that I provided. They would not allow anyone at the location to re-schedule the installation even though I had given permission and asked them to deal with the person at the location where the TV was delivered. I gave all this info over the phone to a rep who was totally clueless.

Two members of the Geek Squad installed an over the fireplace 50" TV and hooked up an existing sound system. They were professional and explained how to use the system very clearly.

Everything was set up in a professional manner. He did answer all my questions with clarity. When he finished the installation the carton and packing materials were removed as well as my old TV.

The tv wall mount is nice looking. The geek squad team was awesome!!!!

easy to understand the problem I was having getting my vcr to operate . Everthing done in a timrly manner. It was explained to me so I could operate without error.

The series was timely and prompt. The geek member was polite and installed the TV with no trouble what so ever. He even made small adjustments on my behalf that would have missed

I was very pleased with the friendliness and the thorough job my Geek Squad rep did. He was helpful in getting my TVs set up carefully and not rushed. It was a good peace of mind since my husband and I could not do the lifting ourselves.

We should have had the TV mounted on the wall years ago. It is in the middle if the room , high enough for all to see, with out hurting thier necks . For some reason the sounds is a LOT better,lower volumn then when it was on a table. Very PLEASED !!

Geek Squad never showed for appointment and didn't return call until 45 minutes later. Long wait time to contact someone from Geek. Stated he had wrong address even though two Tv's delivered on separate days at correct address. Will not recommend.
