    The only thing I didn't like is that they included a DP cable instead of HDMI. I think people are much more likely to be using HDMI and therefore that cable should be the one included.

    Nice build quality but screen issues

    I bought this monitor hoping it would have great picture quality, when setting up the monitor i notice the picture quality wasnt that great, i also notice the monitor had some issue where near the bottom half of the screen the colors seemed more washed out or muted and didnt match to the middle top part, it may have been a defect monitor, it also had some backlight bleed top and bottom.

    Lacking instructions

    I took this monitor back to the store thinking it was dead because it would not turn on. I found out it actually has TWO power buttons! Nothing about that in instructions. The instructions are laughable. A couple of pages in small type. There's absolutely nothing about tons of totally inexplicable technical terms in the menu. What's "DP Format"or DDC/CI or some other terms. Why wouldn't a company care to just write down this stuff about its own product. Also haven't been able to get the USB ports to work. Again zero instructions about that. Overall disappointed in a company sells a billion different models but never gets around to document its product. Certainly I'll remember not to buy Acer again.

    Won't connect after 3 years and 12 days...

    12 days past the 3 year warranty and it won't connect via HDMI or Display port. I've done all of the necessary troubleshooting (change cables, tried different PC, reset, holding power button, etc.). It powers on, just won't connect and therefore display. Customer service seemed quick and responsive, as I was chatting with someone online within a few minutes of queuing. However, there was no slack given. I was offered to send it to Texas for $180 + shipping, and they would pay for return shipping. I paid $243 for this monitor out the door so it was essentially like paying full price for a refurbished monitor..no thank you. I've bought many Acers in the past, and why I've continued to do so, but this was my last purchase with them.

    2 Monitors, 2 Power Failures

    I spent so much time deciding on a monitor and loved the features on this one - the tilt, height adjust, and rotation of the display were perfect for digital art and gaming! However, about a month after I bought it, the monitor suddenly had issues waking from sleep mode and then simply refused to accept power altogether. I tried different outlets and everything. Best Buy's Geek Squad checked it and there was an internal power failure that could not be resolved with a new power cord. I used my extended warrantee for a replacement and bought the same model, figuring the first one was a lemon. Unluckily for me, the second one had the same power failure 10 days later. After this, I took the hint and sadly had to settle for a different brand monitor that doesn't have all of those amazing features I loved.

    Great until the screen went white

    This screen was great until I came back to my desk and it was all white. I've had it for 3 years and I was happy with it but now I'm disappointed, obviously. Screens need to last longer than that and it seems that I'm past their 3 year warranty. Will not be buying an Acer again.

    I bought this monitor for my new computer, and it died on me withing 8 months. I got a full refund at Best Buy where I put the refund toward a higher end HP monitor

    Screen started to flicker 1 week after purchase

    Bought this monitor, and a week after the screen was flickering, did everything I could to try and fix it, but the flickering would stop and come back randomly. Avoid yourself the headache. Glad it happened before my return window expired!

    Crapped out fast

    Was a great monitor for the money, although after only 6 months my screen is no good anymore. I would be careful getting it.
