Very professional when they came out and mounted my tvs. They really knew what they were doing and told me the right mount to get for another tv over my rock fireplace.

A consultant came out and said I could upgrade my theater room to a 120" screen and get in-wall speakers. I told installers to let me know before they put up screen so I could tell them where I wanted it for proper viewing. They said they would tell me; however when I went to check on the room I saw they had installed the screen as high as they could right against the ceiling. I wanted a border of wall between the screen and the ceiling. It is a borderless screen and doesn't look good high up against ceiling and not proper eye level either. They also didn't put the front surround speakers out far enough and half the speakers is sitting behind the screen; and the screen doesn't sit right against the wall and projection 'leaks' out between the gap of screen and wall. When I asked about the front the front speakers they seemed not to care and just said the screen was big. They should've measured properly before installing front speakers. Again, the screen is too high, as the bottom picture from the projector is outside the bottom of the screen by about 5 inches. They tried shifting the and keystone but lost alot of picture/scene and was still outside the screen. They just said I needed a new mount, but I shouldn't have to pay for a new mount/installation. I hired geek squad to professionally install my equipment and they said they could, but I am disappointed in the results. I don't even feel like going into my theater room and wish I had left it as it was or hired someone else.

120' Projector screen was only held in place with two small mounting brackets. Needless to say, it just fell from the wall (see screenshot). It's either Poor installation or the "Elite Screens - Aeon CineGrey 3D Series 120" Projector Screen - Black" is poorly designed. Either way, I have been on phone waiting for Best Buy personnel to pickup for over 20 minutes. No one is picking up. Looks like I will have to visit the store to complain. I have been elite plus member for years and spend thousands of dollars with best buy each year. This is the simply unacceptable.

They messed to installation, I have contacted Mr. Vasef and explained. He told me Greek will schedule and replace the screen. Almost 30 days no one contact m. Screen is coming of the wall we need to stick it back everyday. I have so much respect on Best Buy. I will wait one more week after I will hand over all paper work and text conversation with Vasef to my attorney.

Screen is not set up in correctly. It’s tilted. They are not ready to correct it. Screen is not in straight line. They don’t have enough tools to make it correct.

First of all, ton of thanks to Nic and his team for completing the installation work and figuring out the solutions on the go for every problem they faced in spite of various challenges they faced from the moment they took a look at the project! Honestly speaking, I started feeling very nervous initially as Nic and team started discovering lot many unknowns as they started their work. But, Nic and his team started to resolve/pass through every single challenge as the time passed by and I started feeling tremendous amount of confidence and assurance that this project will be a great success at the end! Nic was quite instrumental in figuring out the solutions for the wiring issues (which was the biggest challenge out of all) and his team was also super experienced to support Nic and provided their suggestions wherever needed . This was an amazing display of a great team work and on top of everything, ‘superior quality work’! Nic’s technical expertise was exceptional and he made sure that I am getting everything as per my expectation or thoughts. Nic is truly an amazing tech person Geek Squad has and this is a topmost experience in terms of an excellent technical service and customer satisfaction I can say!

I had a 110' Screen Innovations No Edge LED screen installed. The geek squad did a good job of piecing together the screen and also installing the LED light system with the screen. They placed in the middle of the wall perfectly and also at the correct height for viewing. Overall, I'm happy with the installation of the screen.

Mounting went well for my new projector screen even after finding out the screen was defective.

It took quite time they were able to mount and adjust the screen though there are waves on the screen and horizontal line is fully alligned.

These guys I had to beg to get here after the screen was sagging in the corners. Never once put on the white gloves to protect the screen from prints. The screen was 2,200. This is not a professional theatre installation service team. They never covered the floor to protect my carpet. The screen has never aligned with the projector and after they showed up late so many times and wasted my time away from my disabled grandson I couldn’t get them to show up one time on time. This is a service that doesn’t care about the customer at all. They have zero respect for the customer time or experience. Has happened 4 times, canceled appointments the day before. They make it very hard to find a manager that is willing to help. It’s a horrible experience, after you’ve spent over 13,000 bucks on all the equipment.

The did an awesome job installing the screen especially with my difficult ceiling. However they drilled multiple holes in my ceiling that they then didn't use to mount the screen. I had to patch them and re-paint.

Team of 3 bestbuy employees came to install the projector screen for a laser projector. There was some complications with the height of the installation because room did not have high ceilings but team was able to sort it out and screen looks great on the wall. Highly recommended.

They were ok took some time to set things up but overall ok not bad just ok

Looks sleek and nice. Movie theater resembleance and completed our media room.
