Matthew Burkett was our Geek Squad Agent. Back in November Agent Burkett delivered and installed our Best Buy television and at that time made recommendations to my wife and I about some accessories that would make our TV viewing with the components better and more convenient. When we scheduled our Geek Squad appointment we requested Agent Burkett if his schedule permitted and the scheduler was able to accommodate our request. Agent Burkett installed and connected all the accessories he recommended and our system has performed great ever since.

The remote set up was worth every penny. I use it everyday and it controls so many functions and does so exactly how I wanted. The Best Buy crew who did the programming was superb

Harmony and Corine (our Geek Squad Tech Staff) are just the best. Efficient and professional. They did the work on our new soundbar and the installation of the new universal remote quickly. The BEST part is they took the time to explain to both of us how to work the remote in language we could understand and didn't talk so fast we had a difficult time understanding them. We are older, hearing not too good and thank heavens these gals were as patient as they could be. A big shout out to them and to Best Buy!

One remote replaced four others and made everything so much easier! Should have done this long before now. Great product and technician could not have been better in installing and explaining how to use new remote.

Problem with my remote for my new LG tv. The service person was quick to rectify my problem by going into the tv’s system and made the necessary adjustments. It works perfectly now.

The GEEK Squad did a great job programming my Harmony control. It is very easy to use and so nice to have all my electronic controls in one remote. I like that it is connected to my cell phone.

Geek Squad Brian was great and had no problem programming my Harmony One Remote after first Geek Squad representative Leon said he could not program it and told me to just buy another remote, thus necessitating a second opinion and home visit by Brian to do Leon's work. Brian also corraled and organized cables which Leon left a mess despite my request he gather them and hide better. Brian was great, Leon was awful and in a hurry to leave instead of taking care of things.

When I made the appoint tment, it was on line. I tried to explain that I did not have a Harmony remote. After several conversations, I was advised to buy a different remote which I did. They came to set it up and left without a demostration about how the remote worked. The remote was very exoensive but it did not control our set up. Frankly I was dissapointed because Best Buy has always delivered for us in the past.

The remote is great, programming was something else. The tech had issues. First thing was the programming cord had gotten misplaced, and that was the end of the world & programming could not be done. We found a cord that worked (our’s). He had no cord with him when that’s what he was here for. When he programmed the remote it didn’t have everything we wanted on it, so he had to start over. Basically I feel he had a bad attitude & made me feel like I didn’t know anything.

the agent was outstanding. The synchronization problem was complex and he knew what to do. I had tried on my own to link my Google home with the device known as a harmony hub. The latter connects to my Comcast box and converts a voice command into and infrared signal to function as a verbal remote control. It is almoost possible to do without expert knowledge. I would highly recommend my technician for any duel service requirements.

The Geek Squad guys installed several new components and the recommendation was to utilize the Harmony Elite remote. Having used previous versions of Harmony remotes, I understood the set up required to make these things work and work well. This programming was well worth the investment. The first use of the remote to watch a movie in the new home theater proved that. So effortless to watch a movie, watch TV or listen to music. Right there on the screen. Thanks Geek agent Chris!
