    The verification process is a bit much. Price is great but you better make sure you are still in school because you need to provide a current transcript and class schedule.

    Aloha, I am preparing to install the software into my laptop and just noticed that this Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 is a 'Student and Teacher Edition'. Am I forbidden from using it unless I am either? Am afraid to open it up before receiving a response. I was not notified of the restriction prior to purchase. Please advise As Soon As Possible!!! Mahalo / pw

    I had to return it as defective. I was unable to get the serial number to get it activated. spent hours in the phone with Adobe and Best Buy. No one had the SN. the only thing on the package was the item number, which i was told by both Adobe and Best Buy was the SN but it was not. The SN should be 24 digits long and this number was not. So frustrating.

    If you want to use the Adobe cloud storage and receive updates then you are better off going with the subscription through Adobe directly. It is $14.99 per month but that includes the software, cloud storage and updates. There is no discount for purchasing the software separately so if you need the cloud storage don't bother purchasing this software.

    This turned out to be a waste of money, literally. I didn't need this until recently and when I went to use it, it didn't work. The codes weren't right and nobody at adobe could help. I ended up not being able to use it at all!
