I needed a PDF program, but I didn’t want to pay for a subscription.

Very nice product. This adobe acrobe pro software is superior.

Sad, unfortunately, this product did not work on my computer. I recommend it, just make sure it will work for you.

Frustrating program to load and initiate. As a college professor with a new computer, I thought I bought the updated version of Acrobat that was on my old computer. No matter how I attempt to use it, it wants to sign me up for a monthly fee.

Can only be used by limited selected group of the population. The difference in price between this software and the one with the same capabilities and name is 400.00 dollars more expensive. I am a Disabled American Veteran of 28 yrs. And I could not find a discount or affordable comparable software for reasonable price. Returned it and bought another Adobe Reader Software.

You have to prove that you are a teacher or student. If you don't do it within the time frame, it closes the account. I have to take it to BestBuy now because I forgot to submit the additional information, and now I can't even submit it. What a headache! I understand that it needs to be verified, but not allowing me to upload the verification document is annoying.

Loaded up in windows with no problem unable to load on the Mac laptop

I needed Adobe Acrobat and this is it. What else can I say

A real challenge to activate. There is an extensive process to get the code online to activate. Then Adobe forces you to create an online account. After logging into the account, you are lucky if the code that was generated works.

If you buy the "physical" version of Acrobat, all you receive is an empty box with instructions on how to verify your eligibility. No CD, no software. I called BB Customer Service to find out how to get my software and spoke with 6 different reps by phone. Not one could help me resolve the issue. The last one hung up on me. No one called me back. After wasting 90 minutes with them on the phone, I had to figure out the problem on my own, which I probably should have done in the first place.

Being affiliated with a university, this allows me to work at home using the same software that I use at work without the monthly subscription cost. Easy to use, makes dealing with documents easier.

I would choose zero stars if possible. The download key didn't work and Best Buy would not provide a new one. We have not been able to use the software, not receive a refund.

I returned this item because I did not see that you must either be a teacher or a student with a school email address to be able to use this product. I am neither.

This product has not worked yet. Geek squad have tried 3 times to resolve the problem. Adobe can't seem to resolve the problem either.

Make sure you pick out the correct OS, either "Windows" or "MAC", product code card when you try to use it to verify your student status.

This product allows me to produce documents that are accessible to my students who use assistive technologies for reading support. Very beneficial and easy to use.

I thought it was something different. I am not a teacher or student I could not return it No enough info telling me I had to confirm I was a teacher or student
