The image quality is adequate for small-format images (like a crowded Zoom call). At full resolution, the image looks pixelated and the low-light performance is bad (see attached photo). The build quality is very cheap. There is no auto-focus, and don't bother trying to rotate the focus ring without pliers. The metal clip doesn't grip the top of the screen correctly, and could scratch the screen coating if you don't pad it. The only positive things I can say is that windows 10 immediately recognized the camera and the face recognition appears to work if the room is bright enough. If this camera were under $30, I would be satisfied. At a pandemic-inflated $99, the quality is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I needed it for my son's virtual computer camp, so I have to take what's available.

After 1 week the audio started producing noise like a motor boat idling. The camera is thus useless for streaming. Video is ok. Manual focus is iffy and difficult to use.

This is not a very good camera. My face is blown out bright and there's no way to adjust the settings. It's not auto focus (this is 2021, right?). The manual focus is so hard to turn that it takes 2 hands. But then you have to lean forward and whm you lean back, it's not in focus anymore. The quality isn't nearly what I expected for the HD claimed, but it surely isn't the biggest issue with it. This camera was very expensive for these issues.

Great look and clear initial image BUT it kept refocusing in and out of focus so had to return.

Sucks clip is next to useless and camera quality isn't very good focusing the camera is a chore since you have to do it by hand and the clip allows it to slide freely meaning you basically have to hold it in your hand put it back in place and hope you got it focused I definitely would not recommend this product

The camera housing and the mount are of excellent quality. Too bad the video quality was much poorer than expected for the price paid. Everyone involved in the zoom chat had a much better picture quality and sound even though I had the more expensive unit. In summary; nice looks, poor visual, average sound.

This webcam started off well and about a week into it i would have to be adjusting manual focus as well as the screw to hold the cam in place .. do not get

Auto white balance is meh. The biggest issue is the focus control. It's nearly impossible to turn with one hand, so it's very difficult to get a good focus.

Product does not have auto focus and therefore shows you as being blurry or out of focus

It did not have a cap to go over the "camera" so the other people cannot see me in my pajamas. I also could not get it to speak or let me speak to the one giving the zoom class. This was the only reason I bought it. I did have a really cheap one that did all these things but unfortunately, it dropped off my desk and wouldn't work after that. Going to get another really cheap one like the one I had.

I was looking for a camera for my laptop since the camera in my HP Spectre 360 sucked. The Best Buy advisor suggested this one. The picture was too "warm" and the format of the camera was not very portable friendly. I also did not care for the metal base as I was afraid it would scratch my screen. I returned this and bought a Logitech 920S and couldn't be happier.

I purchased this camera because all the other ones were sold out. I wanted to replace using my 720p camera on my Mac but this camera doesn’t do much better. It was very hard to focus the lens, (not autofocus) and the mic was subpar. You’re better off with something from Logitech.

This camera doesn't work properly when showing individual speakers - they are still shots, not video, I have tried everything and I would like to return it but was told I can't.

We love the camera, but the microphone keeps going in and out. It's not good for my son's Google Classroom. I would like to exchange it, or replace it with a better microphone.

The camera itself isn't bad, but not great either. Biggest problem is the worthless mount limits the camera practically useless.

I am giving this a low rating because of the difficulties to take a picture for university classes. Otherwise it is fine.

Only good for zoom calls. The camera cannot handle streaming platforms and freezes. I run an rtx 2060 which should be more than sufficient for running any camera but the camera always freezes mid stream and I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work for 5 minutes only to freeze again. I don't recommend this camera for streaming. Low quality needs only.
