    Very unreliable product. I've been on with tech support numerous times and they confirm that everything works as it should. I've tried the schedule and the manual mode and can't get the furnace to turn on or up. Instead, it triggers the HVAC when it wants to. Very frustrating and read others online having the same problem.

    Tried 4 different times to install this thermostat. It does not work. The heat comes one when the air conditioning is on. You get what you paid for so dont buy this.

    These thermostats did not work with my air-conditioning systems even though they indicated that it would work with a C wire waste of time waste of money don’t buy

    Looks like im not the only person to have this issue after hooking it up multiple times, turn in the ac and the heat blows, really sucks amazon didnt get that right
