This was a gift for some who loves to try new styles of cooking. The steaks were perfect with a quick sear at the end. Perfect tool for the person who’s not in a hurry and enjoys the process.

Steak done perfect every time! Sous vide and sear! We even did a leg of lamb and the results were fabulous. It's easy to use and almost no limit to what you can create.

Greatest way to cook meat. I will experiment with other foods too. Bluetooth makes it easy to control cooking, especially during dinner parties without having to be in the kitchen.

Product works perfectly to cook food to desired temperature. Only downfall is that larger meats will take a lot longer so keep that in mind when preparing meals.

It’s great for the price! It does what the 900 way Anova does for less money. I used to reverse sear my steaks but I’m now a convert and will never go back.

This works really well. My first attempt was on a couple of nice steaks. Everything went smoothly - the app was easy to use and the recipe was great.

Used it on making pure vanilla from vanilla beans. Held the 135 degree F temperature for 96 hours straight. Have not tried it on meats.

first-time trying one of these the water heated quickly but I did start with hot water it only took 10 minutes to 135 degrees

Great product for first time sou vide chefs. Bought this to try out sou vide and it definitely made cooking the perfect steak super easy. Most steaks ive made at once using this has been 3 16oz steaks and they turned out fine, but I imagine the higher power models may be required if you plan to cook a higher number of steaks at once. No Bluetooth on this model, but for a basic model it works perefectly as intended.

I've used it 3 times now. It worked great the first two times and then on the third time, started randomly turning off. Eventually, it stayed on long enough to do the full cook. Other than that issue, it has been great.

Fantastic product if you have a janky grill that you don't trust. Perfect steaks every time.

Its good at making steak. Medium rare pan seared to finish is the way to go.
