Works as intended. Allows me to have another access point and also listen to music through my stereo. Product was in 'as new' condition.

This has been the perfect compliment to extend the range of our main wireless router which is the Airport Extreme with Time Capsule.

I'm an "APPLE PRODUCTS" person already! But I purchased one of these new about 2 years ago as I wanted a better router for my home. I was pleased with this router but with everything I have going on home automation wise I still wanted something that had more muscle to it. So I purchased the Extreme, very very pleased with that router and used my express as a "booster" to my network. Still wanted to cover all my bases and get one more express for the other end of the house just to help in areas that may end up requiring more Wi-Fi needs. And obviously at the discounted refurbished prise decided to do just that. So I should have plenty of signal throughout the entire house that I will ever need. Apple routers are very nice and don't remember the exact details on performance over the dual band NetGear I had but much better up and download speeds from Express and for sure the extreme!

It was scuffed up and had sticker glue all over the Airport express. For being a refurbished item, i was disappointed with the cleanliness of it. On top of that, they overcharged me on the price. The device does work well as do almost all Apple products. Best Buy should have higher standards when refurbishing an item.

The product works as expected for me. I was able to extend my home network around the house. Easy to set up. They work very, very well and I think the express is well worth the investment. Looks new and works like new.

Had to reset it a couple of times, but it is a rock solid wifi base station that is easy to set up (once it was reset). It's consistent in it's signal strength and it is one of my more reliable access points

I ordered the refurbished router, which of course, is always a gamble. It didn't work out of the box, so I returned it -- this process with seamless and replacement worked well. Can't complaint. Price on the refurb was great, too.

I ordered Apple Airport to utilize as a bridge to my Apple network. The unit was in very good condition and so far has worked like new. I am very happy with my purchase.

I thought it was strange when previous reviews said that their purchases still contained the network information of the previous owner and it had not been erased. well...of course mine had network info from the prior owner. it really wasn't a big deal because i simply reset the airport express, but i could see how this might be an issue for others. The main question being, did the Geek Squad really do something to refurbish this? or simply repackage it? well, it seems to work just fine so I don't really mind. I would get another for the cost savings

I use this to create zones for AirPlay speakers throughout the house and as an extender. Works great and is an affordable way to add AirPlay capability to any speaker.

Very easy to set up, provides strong, reliable signal for extending wireless network, creating wireless network, or connecting another device to a wireless network. I have mine in an upstairs room to extend the wifi to parts of the house with otherwise low signal. I also have an Xbox One S connected to the airport express via ethernet cable because the Xbox seems to have poor wireless connectivity that often required a restart when I tried to connect it via wifi. Since using the airport extreme, the xbox has had no more internet connection problems.

As others have mentioned, "refurbishing" does not include resetting the Airport Express, for whatever reason. Fortunately, that's not a difficult thing to do (hold down the reset pin in the back while plugging it in; release the pin after it starts flashing amber). Once back to factory settings, it was recognized by the Airport Utility and quickly added to my existing network as an extender. Couldn't beat the price either!

I have two of these in order to extend the Wi-Fi in my home. I have one upstairs and one downstairs, as well as an Airport Extreme. I purchased both items at separate times from BestBuy refurbished and haven't had any issues.

Easy to hook up and works great. Bought this to extend the wifi coverage in our house and we're very happy w/ how well it works.
