This access point just works, and plays very well with Apple products. It is not the latest technology by any means and won't meet the standards of newer wireless devices. But for my purposes it is perfect for the price.

Used it to make small wireless network within large wired network & it worked exactly as described. Setup on my PC was very simple with the software for Windows provided by Apple. You do not need any other Apple products to make it work correctly.

After properly placing base station in the right area of the house, I haven't seen much improvement as far as speed is concerned. Hoping I have a wrong setting in place.

These make for great little hubs. I added to my home security setup to provide a wireless connection. The audio port is great too. I have another on my back Patio with an amplifier connected to speakers access my music wirelessly using air play.

Snatched this refurb up while available. Mainly using for AirPlay. Wish there was AC model express, but that may never happen. Still, adds extra bandwidth to any area without great signal and allows me to stream music to a pair of old speakers.

Even though there is a newer version of this product, this one meets my requirement. The newer one does not have an audio out which is why I bought this. The Geek squad certified one is more than 50% less of the original price.

My largest frustration was the router was set on the geek squad "test" network and was password protected so I could not change any settings. After a hard reset the product works great.

Forget about DLink, Netgear and all that...this is the best wifi router you can get. I just wish Apple would continue working on it (they canceled it) so maybe one day it could have been router/modem combo!

I purchased this guy (2nd one) to run as a wireless reciever for my backyard speakers, basically used the Audio Out to an Amp, and wirelessly stream music to the Airport Express

If you want simple this is the way to go, this is my third one, I use for simople access points. Don’t expect it to be your main router. The advanced options are limited.

I use this to stream music to my stereo system. This has an audio output jack which allows you to play music from Itunes directly into your stereo system. Easy to program and set up.

This is a good purchase if you have the apple airport extreme and works like a charm. Easy to set up and works consistently and also you can connect speakers and airplay.

Super easy set up. Still not sure the refurbished unit is working correctly doesn't seem to have helped a lot but I'm still experimenting with it.

good product but was not sent with factory defaults. Should have been reset before sent for easier installation.

I haven't used it yet which is why I gave it 4 stars. Tomorrow my internet gets hooked up and it came highly recommended by several people.

This product is great and help to improve the speed of my internet connection. My download and upload speeds are faster than they were with the hub att gave me.

Took a second to figure out how to configure it. Had to do a little research. Other than that, no issues. Wi-fi for a 2009 iMac.

I bought this to turn my wirelss Samsung ml2160 printer into an airport printer...well that isn’t possible! I did my research and discovered a printer must be airport compatible and the only thing this device does is make it wireless which mine already was... the Airport does work great as a bridge hub extender or to make a usb printer wireless but thats all. I therefore had to return it,

Seems to be working okay. Had to make two separate networks so they my devices wouldn't connect to the wrong access point

This is good and really fast. But the packaging for a refurnishing one is not good, this is why I taking off one point.
