the only downside is the occurence of the blue screen followed by a phone reset when using "Snap Chat"... so I deleted the app and all is well without "SnapChat"

Easy to use phone. Very light weight. The new ear buds are a comfortable fit and have excellent sound quality. Works perfect with my Bluetooth, PVL. The picture quality is outstanding. The fingerprint access is nice to easily open the phone and for conformations, when required. Siri works good but still could be improved. Button placement is perfect, no accidental hits. Definitely recommend at least. 32gb model.

I like the design of the new iPhone 5s. It's light weight and easy to use. The Touch ID fingerprint identity sensor was one of the main reasons for me to buy this smart phone. Apps run very fast on this device using the upgraded hardware and iOS 7.xx. I am looking forward for a larger screen iPhone in coming days. I wish the battery life gets even better along with a higher resolution display.

What can I say about the new iPhone, other than it's just awesome? Well, I suppose I can start with the camera, which was my main reason for replacing my HTC One. I could get better shots with my 4s, so I knew the 5s wouldn't disappoint. We recently went the the TN Aquarium, where I used my 5s to snap hundreds of pictures of all the fantastic creatures as they gracefully drifted in their massive tanks. Battery life was more than sufficient on this four hour journey. The One, however, which was passed down to my son, didn't quite make it. An option for slo-mo allows for recording at 120 frames per second, which creates an absolutely stunning video. I cannot put this into words, you will have to see for yourself! The fingerprint scanner works quite well. Sometimes it's annoying because there's no option to add a timed delay, but it's just too convenient to disable completely. The metal ring around the home button adds a nice aesthetic feature. Another thing worth mentioning - Apple is including their iWork apps, as well as iPhoto and iMovie, as free downloads with the purchase of a new iDevice. I received $40 worth of iApps at no charge. Sweet deal!

Outstanding phone. Surprisingly good battery life. Replaced my 2-year-old 4S, and is a huge step up and so much faster. Size and weight are perfect, screen is so clear and brilliant, great reception, so easy to use. Cameras and sound greatly improved. Touch ID is super. Best Buy sales associates were very helpful setting it up, cheerfully gave me handy tips. No shortcomings for this tech-friendly upgrade.

I have been using the Apple iPhone since the 3GS. I have never tried an Android device so I cannot compare. I personally have nothing bad to say about Android phones and have thought about trying one out. However the iPhone does everything I need it too and many more things that I have no use of. I keep things simple, not that I don't enjoy a little chaos now and again, but for me the iPhone is simple and elegant. There are other devices on the market that can do things that the 5S cannot, but for me it does what I need it to do. So it comes down to what you want out of a device. I would recommend the iPhone 5S to anyone on the fence but would advise them to keep an open mind. I am not an Apple fanatic, but I do appreciate a solid product regardless of the manufacturer. I have not had any issues with any of my iPhones in the past, so I will probably continue to get the newest iPhone whenever the battery life on my current phone begins to call it quits. I will say this about the iPhone 5S, the fingerprint scanner is awesome. It's a nice security feature even though it may not be perfect. Other than that, it's an iPhone and I'm satisfied with mine.

More durable, faster, bigger screen, better camera. Apps are all available that I could ever want. Apple products are simply in another world than competitors. Plenty of storage for all my pictures and videos. Highly recommend this iPhone and storage size. Maybe even the next storage size up for those who use this as their only camera and video recorder.

I upgraded from an iPhone 5 and have been impressed. TouchId (fingerprint sensor) is amazing and its hard to think how I lived without it. The new processor is crazy fast and the camera is improved. I would have liked more megapixels and the change in pixel size, but I suspect that's coming in the next version. Battery life is slightly improved, as I now get a full day of fairly heavy use without charging. Not going to compete with some of the android devices, but with their bigger screens there is a lot more space for batteries. I miss the black back too. Space Grey will do a much better hiding those nasty dings along the edges, but I still think black looks better.

I got my phone around Christmas time on sale for $124.99 plus $50 off when you sign up for the promotion get a new phone before 12/31/2013 thing so it was $75 bucks so I upgraded to a 32 g for $100 more which made it catch my attention due to the price being the price was the only reason I picked up the new iPhone 5s I wasn't really that impress with it at first, the phone is way faster than my iPhone 4 (which I love) and new ios7 software runs way smoother on it and it was bugging me how slow the phone was functioning once upgraded so far Im loving the phone due to a few tweaks I added to the phone if you know what I mean ,I still prefer iPhone over any other phone out right now it simple to maneuver, light weight and not bulky in your hand I recommend protecting your investment apple.care plan and a case I already have a dent in the aluminum housing from a small drop all around I gave the phone 5 stars because it is the best iPhone I owned by far

I have used several apple products as well as several android products. For me I like the ease of use and how fast it is. I do not have wifi so I use my phone as my online source. My previous phone was a Motorola attic had and the iphone is much faster. I do miss the expanded memory slot for a micro sd card. The iphone has a great screen and I like the size of the phone, it's perfect for my use as I have smaller hands. That part is just MY opinion on that matter. There's many good things about the phone but as with any electronic device there is always little kinks such as the iOS 7 bugs. Nothing major for my use. Overall I will probably always use apple devices because of simplicity and product support is by far the best that I have encountered.

The new iphone 5s is a great phone. This replace a iphone 4. Big improvements are the screen size, video quality, camera, and speed. battery life could still be improved.

This is my 2nd Iphone. I upgraded from Iphone 4S primarily to get a 32GB version. I really appreciate the improved battery life of the Iphone 5S while on 4G/LTE. The bigger screen is a plus. The pictures are sharper and apps load faster compared to on the 4S. Bunch of new ios 7 features such as Internet Radio and ability to take rapid pictures with the camera are also impressive. Overall I am pleased with the phone. I see some bugs in the email program (where 1 email appears twice in the list), but apart from that I don't have any complaints.

I was totally content with my iPhone 4s. Best Buy sent me an email saying they would give me $200 trade towards an iPhone 5s for my old phone. I couldn't pass it up. I took the trade-in, added 25 bucks and got the 32 gig iPhone 5s. I love it. I love the extra storage room for all of my pictures and songs. I remember when the thumbprint reader first came out, I thought it was just a gimmick. I really wasn't interested in it at all. Now, after having lived with it for a while, I am a believer. I love the thumbprint reader. I'm not sure what they did to the antennas on this thing, but it picks up much better than my iPhone 4s. And, I was happy with it. For a phone that I didn't even plan on buying, I couldn't be happier with this thing. I do photography as a hobby, so I have some really nice semi professional equipment. The camera on this iPhone 5s is so good that I find myself leaving my digital SLR and bag of lenses at home more and more. The convenience and quality of photos that you can take with this phone is incredible. I'm not saying that this phone camera will replace a high-quality digital SLR, but I am saying that the convenience of this phone and the quality of photos, especially in daylight, really makes this a fun camera to use. I find myself being able to take pictures that I normally wouldn't be able to take because I don't always lug my big camera equipment around. Yet, when I get the photos home and get them into Light Room on my computer, I am very impressed with the quality. I've had this phone for about three weeks now and I'm totally happy with it. When I first got it home, I could not connect to my Wi-Fi. After doing a little digging online, I changed one of the security settings on my wireless router. Since then, I have not had a problem with my phone picking up the Wi-Fi at all. As a matter fact, my daughters iPhone 5 picks better now than it ever did.

iPone 5S is a huge step up from 4S and an improvement over iPhone 5. The size and weight are perfect for me. Screen is brilliant, outstanding clarity. Much faster than my old 4S and even my wife's iPhone 5. Lightning connector is much better than the older, larger, clunkier model. Battery life was so bad that I had to return the iPhone to Best Buy, but they diagnosed it as a defective battery and happily replaced my iPhone 5S with another iPhone 5S, and that battery works great.

This is THE BEST and FASTER smartphone on market. One of the best up to all iPhone so far. Design, style and GOLD color are great features of phone. Touch ID is the best and very convenient feature. It saves lot of battery by removing pass code entry. 4G LTE speed is very fast due to new 64 bit processor. I m above average user of cell phone. I also like best buy for all my electronic device purchases. I got this phone on Black Friday with tons of discount.

Bought as a replacement phone for my daughter. It is just the right size has just the right power, storage, features etc. Love the iPhone 5S!!!!!

The 5S is just as I expected--takes good pictures, it's lightweight, and the new fingerprint scan feature is awesome. The battery on this phone drains pretty quickly, and I've made sure to adjust the settings for autodimness, and I always close out apps when not in use. I'm not sure if it's the latest iOS update, but hopefully this is something they can fix relatively soon.

Just upgraded from the 4S to 5S and what can I say. This is the best iphone to date. Battery life is better, processor is faster, lighter, etc. The 32 gig is enough memory for all my music and videos. Apple always comes through

With the right balance of settings, the battery life lasts into the second day with heavy usage for my business. The speed improvements are extremely welcome as this thing screams. It takes full advantage of iOS 7 and the redesigned sounds are much more calming and creative and less "alarming" (more of an iOS 7 thing but still, it fits the phone's unassuming profile). The fingerprint sensor works 99% of the time for any of my fingers I logged into it, which makes unlocking the phone faster by pressing and resting my thumb on the home button and immediately unlocking it, no swiping or keypad input (still key code locked of course). It also speeds up App Store purchases by allowing a finger scan instead of entering the iTunes password. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and I would recommend Apple's flagship line 5S to anybody on the market for a new smartphone that is extremely fast and responsive, with an impeccable design and build quality. The iOS ecosystem still can't be best and it pairs beautifully with this hardware that it's really a marvel to experience it all work together like this.

Same great functionality that you expect from an apple phone; this one feels really light in your hand (mainly when you are moving from an iphone4); this is my wife's phone and sometimes she doesn't "feel" the phone due to be lighter than the previous one (she needs to get use to). A good protective case and screen film is taking care of those times when she forgets the phone is "there". Overall good experience, after all is an iphone from apple.
