Excellent and highly recommend using only Apple-brand adapters and accessories for direct-connecting Apple devices. This is plug-n-play and very quick responsiveness. Can be pricey, as is with Apple, of course. But for those who need/want this connectivity, not much choice.

Great cord, use it in my Honda Odyssey to connect my ipad to the monitor for the kids. Works beautifully.

Bought this to be able to stream videos from Iphone and Ipad to TV. Works fine. Enables the ability to charge and plug into HDMI cable at same time.

This is AWESOME!!!! It plays exactly what is on your mobile device screen, with the exception that I found of streaming from Xfinity. Netflix worked just fine. I bought an inexpensive TV for my kitchen and was able to watch Christmas shows while baking, and took it to my school to show a YouTube video. Worked great! One warning, if you are showing others videos and get a lot of alerts, others will see your activity log popping up during the show. Sometimes it is annoying, and sometimes you don't want others to see you activity.

I bought this for when i travel, so I can watch movies in the hotel room. It hooks right up and works flawlessly. just make sure your hotel has HDMI tv's

Picked this up so my Mom could plug her ipad into the TV. It works perfect but like most apple products, it could cost a little less.

Very easy to use. Great quality. Perfect way to stream from phone or iPad to tv.

Item works like it should, no issues. I recommend spending the extra to get the Apple product vs the generic off amazon that rarely works.

Just make sure you have the HDMI cord to plug into it. The fact you can charge you Apple device at the same time is very useful.

A great way to get video from an apple product to a TV. Anything streamed on my iPad, can now be transferred to my big screen TV. Much better viewing that way.

My wife uses this to view her live Facebook on our tv, so comments can be seen very easily. It works as expected. A bit pricey, but does what it should.

Using this to connect my iPhone on an older non-Bluetooth TV as well as Android TVs that won’t mirror. I stream all of my apps seamlessly; YouTubeTV, Hulu, Netflix, HBOMax, etc. You can run a lightning cord from the adapter to your iPhone and your phone will charge while it is playing. I thought about buying a knock-off brand, but haven’t had great luck with them. They can be hit or miss with quality and/or compatibility. This is worth every bit of $49.

Makes everything on my daughters phone just plug to any HDMI input. She takes it on the go with her portable projector and that's all there is to it.

Unlike the 3rd party version i purchased this actually works with Apple TV app, Netflix etc. i was so annoyed when i bought the 3rd party version and my mother’s iPad didn’t allow certain apps to stream to the tv. Do yourself a favor , pay the little bit extra for the Apple product to avoid all headaches in the future. Crazy Apple can charge this much for a basic adapter but anyone that uses Apple products knows better

This adapter was pricey but necessary. We're over the road truck drivers and needed it to stream from my iPad to our television in the truck. Works great.

Adapter easy to install and use. Not like some others that need an app, etc. No problems with Apple Adapter.

I highly recommend this adapter to anybody who uses their phone to stream videos or create slideshows, presentations, etc. on their iPhone or iPad and is looking to transfer to a larger screen. The video quality for streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime varies depending on your WiFi or Data connection speed. Downloaded Netflix videos have great quality. Streaming Youtube videos have great quality after a short (30s) buffer. And of course applications on the device have a great quality if they are already downloaded and installed.
