It works great with my iPad air M3. I had no issues pairing or using the apple pencil. I definitely recommend!

I recently purchased the Apple Pencil Pro. Absolutely love the upgrade compared to the older model I had. This one hovers over content, and feels more like a pencil when used. I have not had it long and need to learn what it has to offer but love it out of the box. I also like that it attaches to the iPad to charge instead of plugging into a port. I have procreate and works great with the app. My new iPad works great too and love it as I’m still trying to figure out the differences between the old vs new. The new iPad Pro screen is brighter and love how the images look. The Apple pencil pro glides over the surface with such ease. Overall, I’m happy with my purchases and looking forward to enjoying them for years to come. I only purchase Apple products and love how they all have lasted and rarely have issues over the 20+ years I’ve been using Apple products. I also usually purchase from Best Buy. Definitely give all my products and services a 5 stars.

Love the smoothness and ease of use. It connects so much easier than the cheap pens even though it does pretty much the same thing. I like that I can control line thickness with pressure tho.

The new Apple Pencil Pro improved the already excellent Apple Pencil and kept the price the same. The haptics added to the Pencil are subtle, but a very welcome addition. The latency is exceptionally low and ideal for artists and students who wish to write fast on a tablet, but not feel like there is a noticeable lag behind the writing speed (there are also display covers that make the writing process feel more like writing on paper).

I bought the new Apple iPad Air 11 inch M2 and needed a new Apple Pencil, and this is the one I bought. This one is pretty cool too. It feels good in my hand. It has this feature where I can give it a squeeze and it brings up a menu to select colors or other things, and this can be customized to a point. It charges on the iPad itself without being plugged in. I love this Apple Pencil Pro!

What I love the most is how smooth it feels—there’s zero lag, so when I’m writing or sketching, it’s almost like the ink is flowing directly from the tip onto the screen. My handwriting actually looks neat for once, which makes taking notes way less stressful. I have the 2nd generation Apple Pencil, and the magnetic charging is honestly a game changer. I used to constantly misplace pens and styluses, but now it just snaps right to the side of my iPad, and I always know where it is. It feels like Apple thought about people like me who are always losing little things.

So I don’t know why the heck this doesn’t come WITH the actual iPad since it seems like an essential stylus but besides my disapproval for the need to buy additional accessories to get full benefit, I would recommend you do because whether you’re literally drawing or like me, taking notes, it’s more interactive to write rather than type and if it involves processes or cycles or mechanisms like your typical science classes do, you can draw those as well. The Apple erase function is a little inconsistent, but yeah I think it’s worth getting this also because you have the pressure feeling, so it feels more natural to write and it charges on the side of the iPad which is actually super convenient because if you’re like me and have a million things charging before bed for the next school day, it’s one less thing to worry about. **Note: when you get a case, you should definitely consider how the pencil goes in because I’m not sure they all have a component for it or if it necessarily charges when it’s in the case.

I’m loving the Apple Pencil Pro with my iPad Pro (M4)! At $129, it’s pricey but awesome for drawing and notes. It’s sleek, feels great, and sticks to the iPad for charging (though it can slip). The squeeze feature pops up a tool menu—super handy in Procreate. Twisting it changes line styles like a real brush, and it vibrates for feedback. Find My saved me when I lost it! Writing and sketching are smooth, and the hover feature helps with precision. Battery lasts days. Downsides? Only works with 2024 iPad Pro/Air, and accidental squeezes happen. If you’re artsy or take lots of notes, it’s a game-changer!

I bought the Apple Pencil Pro in white on September 3, 2025, and I'm totally in love with it! The white color is so sleek and clean. it looks amazing. I use it with my iPad Air 13-inch that I got from Best Buy last year, and they work together perfectly. I especially love using it with GoodNotes. The ability to change colors with one pencil is awesome, and the graphic fixer that makes perfect shapes like circles and pentagons is a game-changer. It just includes everything I need. It makes studying and writing feel so much more creative and fun. I actually ordered a different stylus from another online website before this, and believe me, there's no comparison. The Apple Pencil Pro is in a league of its own. What's really cool is that I can even use it with my Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 (14AKP10) that I just bought from Best Buy four days ago. It's so versatile, it inspires me to explore new ways to use it every day. The Apple Pencil has transformed my iPad experience. The magnetic attachment is super strong, so it's stays put until I need it. Charging is easy, and knowing it's always ready inspires me to create and study more. It's made using my iPad way more enjoyable and productive. I can now take detailed notes in class with ease. If you have an iPad, especially the 13-inch Air, the Apple Pencil pro is a worthwhile upgrade that enhances both creativity and productivity.

This is my newest Apple Pencil, as I’ve had older versions. It works great as expected and I also enjoy the new features it brings.

It’s a bit pricier than previous models, but the upgraded features and seamless integration with iPadOS make it well worth the investment for serious artists and creators.

I recently upgraded my iPad Air and was disappointed to find that my original Apple Pencil wasn’t compatible with the newest model. While I wish Apple had allowed for backwards compatibility—since the old Pencil now has no real use—the new one is a very nice upgrade. The interaction feels even more premium, with improved pressure sensitivity and the helpful hover feature that casts a shadow on the screen, which is especially great for drawing in Procreate. Magnetic charging is also super convenient—I never have to worry about battery life. A solid upgrade overall, just wish I had a choice.

This pencil is amazing, love the haptic feedback. Works great with note taking apps.
