my laptop broke and I wanted to buy this one. mistyped my address because my device is busted and didn't realize. Fedex, Best Buy, and this random third party have refused to fix the shipping address and send it back, and refuse to give me a refund. it's been nearly a month and I still don't have what I ordered and the third party keeps dancing around my questions. Best Buy is powerless to do anything. go elsewhere if you need a new device
