I love the picture quality, it is its best feature. It is super easy to program and install, I recommend Arlo to everyone. I have tried several other surveillance cameras and I always return to Arlo.

I purchased this camera to put outside of the Airbnb I own. It was easy to install, great video quality, and the app is super easy to use. I really like that it notifies me every time someone/thing moves in front of it.

I originally bought these thinking I would use them with the Google Home app and they do work with it. The only issue I have is that there is no notification when someone is in its zone. They're great if you just want to use the Arlo app and you want to pay for the service but you already have Google Home just get the Nest cameras.

Excellent camera. Easy to set up and link to your account. Night vision is very bright and has the option to turn on the spot light. It does glitch from time to time and needs to be reset, but it can be reset remotely. Video quality overall is great. The only issue I have is with the accessories. The outdoor power wire works well but is pricy. The solar pannel is useless. It doesnt put out enough power to maintain charge.

The camera gets good images. My only complaint is that the notifications are delayed by almost a whole minute. Unless the intruder stays and puts on a show, he/she can take my package and leave before I get the notification.

The delay is terrible and it does not keep charge wel

Camera is working well, has great picture and has last almost a month now without needing a charge. My only concern is that I needed to upgrade my app before installing the new camera and I have the same screens and features.
Not always sure newer is better

Additional cameras I purchased. Better than the older cameras. Easy to install. Battery life lasts a week then need charging. I have to get solar panels for my own convenience.

Has an excellent picture, I love the light with it. The night vision is awesome.. the only thing I didn’t like about it was that it would not record after its trial. Ran out, forces you to buy plan.

I give these cameras 3 stars for the following reasons . The video qaulity is decent , but It doesn't look 2K to me . The sound has a weird echo/feedback quality that almost sounds like its recording in a cave . There is no adjustment for the sensitivity level of the sound activation , so every gust of wind causes the cameras to record thus draining battery levels . These are sealed units , so there is no way to swap out batteries like the Pro Models . I guess when the battery fails , you throw them away , or have to mail them in for service . You also have to aim them away from the wall of the house if you have reflective brick , or siding , or the spotlight reflection blinds the camera . They get the job done , but I like my Pro and Pro 2 cameras better .

The overall camera quality, functionality, and battery life is solid. But the subscription price + camera settings are a headache. The specifics of the camera settings don’t actually make a difference in regards to the notifications and makes a lot of the security system in itself feel pointless. Camera quality if spot on but I don’t even got a notification so walk up to my door and knocks on it. I’ll get a notification if a car 50 yards away. It drives by my house.
