Im a happy customer, don’t hesitate to buy it, especially if uou want to have wireless doorbell, youll need to charge it maybe once a month which doesn’t takes a lot of tike. Great product overall, quality of picture is good

I've had this for about 4-5 months now and it's been great. Opted for the wired connection with the 'trickle' charge, and just had to take the battery out and charge it for the first time other than the initial charge. Works well with my other cameras/Arlo account. The whole audio chat with anyone is a pipe dream. I have 1.2gbs internet and I still have a huge 5 second delay in talking to anyone - that just won't work. Other than the "real time chat" with someone at the door, it's OK.

I love it has really good video quality easy to install i highly recommend this product if you want a cheaper but compatible version to the ring this is the one.

I had another video doorbell that the battery kept discharging so fast that I had to get some thing now I love the Arlo and I have several of the cameras as well. All together it’s a great system. I wish the quality of the night photos was better.

Really great quality doorbell, super easy to install and set up. I feel an extra ounce of safety knowing Arlo has my eyes when I'm not at our secondary residence. Highly recommend.

It's a good product once we figured out how to work it. The only downfall for us is that it keeps going off line & we have to rest it to get it working again. Other thank that the video & audio quality is great.

The great doorbell camera works well with the Arlo system. Battery life is perfect, it picks up motion well, and video calls are great.

Good size,easy to install,great picture.Best choice I made.The picture Quality is clear and takes a lot of the area that I need to be viewed.fast to alert me on anything.I honestly feel safe with it and because of the Arlo now my neighbor doesn’t ate crazy.

Video and image quality are great ! Easy to setup. Connects and links to google home . I tried Ring, Blink and Googles . This one was my favorite due to ease of setup, image and app

We bought this doorbell because it was recommended and the price was right. It’s different because the doorbell calls your cellphone. When it’s calling you, you don’t see who’s at the door, but are supposed to answer the call. I would like it better if we could see who’s calling at the same time. Otherwise the camera works great. Clear, wide angled photos.

This product is well made very easy to set up no issues installing either its been very helpful and a great help in letting us know whos at our house

Love this. Great camera quality. App easy to use. Haven’t had any issues so far. Can even make it make a siren noise to scare off any unwelcomed guests.

If you have the base already then the set up is easy. The camera comes with a 30 day trial for cloud storage, and its easy to install. All you need is a screwdriver and 5 mintues. The only downside is that you still need to buy the chime separately. Once you have both then you have completed the set. If you dont get the chime then youll get phone calls when someone is at the door.

Excellent camera. Worked through a cold and snowy winter. Notified you if charge is low. Would purchase again. Picture captures wide area. Picture is clear.

Having this doorbell camera gives our family a great peace of mind. We know just the side of it is a great deterrent, but if anything were to happen, it is great knowing that we would be able to see and have more information.

I texted many of the settings on the Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wire Free and I've also had the previous Arlo Video Doorbell and beginner Arlo Doorbell. The Arlso Essential Video Doorbell is definitely the best one now with the option to be wireless or wired to your existing doorbell. I also don't have the delay response that the other Arlo camera devices as they developed a live stream feature that had been missing. The battery will last about 3 months if you choose to go wireless or the wired format will charge the battery automatically. We also have 6 other Arlo camera's, the Arlo Pro 2, Arlo Pro 3, Arlo Q and Arlo Baby we've been extremely happy over the last three years and yes we have a strong Wi-Fi connection.

Great quality camera witv sound and night vision. The battery last a good amount of tume before it needs to be recharged. It makes me feel safe!
