Love this modem but had to return. It wasn't compatible with COX. Here in Las Vegas. Had to get something else that was on the list of modems COX is compatible with. I bought my own modem to stop the rental fees etc. to bring my bill down.

You can purchase this or rent it from comcast for $15.00 a month. It pays for itself in less that a year. Easy hook up, works great.

Great choice to purchase. Did have some issues at beginning as would go off line but seems like they have fixed the issues. Speeds are higher than our old modem and saving the monthly charge from Infinity

I had the Geek squad come and do the install. This thing works great. Also the great service in installing it was terrific. As far as I am concerned there is NO other place for me to shop. I have shopped at Best Buy for years and never had one bad experience.

I am a Comcast Customer and this is one of 2 or 3 other that work with this company. I only wish this device can also be wireless. So far so good and no issues to report.

Works as expected, but beware that your computer will be what determines the actual download speed. I have 9 computers on my network and download speed varies from 350M to 975M. The telephone option works great and it is nice to be done with the Frontier's AC hum on the landline.

Fast modem, some limit with using both ethernet ports in connecting router. Both needed for DOCSIS 3.1 speed as Comcast/xfinity customers. Used multiple ethernet ports from router without issue.

Bought this to save $ on renting from Comcast. Only three weeks, but seems to be working very well so far. Comcast tested it during a service appointment at 989 Mbps versus their line at 1,002 Mbps.

I purchased this modem after reading reviews on it, I have Comcast and never really was able to obtain the speeds I was paying for with their modem I was renting. I paired this with a Night Hawk Router and now I have a very fast setup to do the things I want to do.

Purchased this modem to use as my own equipment to get rid of the monthly charge for the provider's modem. It has paid for itself many times over.

was avery easy set up its compatible with what comcast uses and so far works great have no issues you do need to call comcast and give them numbers and information on what model it is and they r very helpful so highly recommend this product

Great modem compatible with Xfinity. Buy one outright rather than pay Xfinity a modem rental fee.

I have not seen any problem as such with ARRIS T25 gigabit Internet & Voice Modem since I installed it about two months back. There are two Internet ports, but only one, either one is active at any time - contrary to what I believed initially.

Replaced an aging modem. The new ARRIS Surfboard is up and running and so far performs as advertised
