I think these modems are overpriced, but most that have these features are this much or more. It has worked very well and has provided the extra speed that was needed.

Only 3 stars because I couldn't set it up with Comcast/Xfinity. The Comcast Store and Online support tried for 2+ hours, but since we had WiFi enabled Cable Boxes for the TV, they could not add this modem to the account. their system told us it was not compatible with service. if we removed the Cable Boxes and only had Internet and Phone it would have worked fine. had to return

Excellent modem! Works great with Comcast although it was a bit of a hassle to set up. It has been dependable and consistent. I have not had to boot it for months now. Works great with Comcast VOIP phone service.

So far so good. Only had this for a couple of days but painfully easy to setup. Save yourself some rental money from xfinity and buy your own modem.

This is what you need to bypass Xfinity router and stop paying a monthly fee for their router. This is the most up to date router on the market and can handle demanding work at home needs.

I have been a Comcast customer for 10 years now and SURFboard makes the best modems, hands down. I buy these to make sure I don't have to pay the comcast rental fee. If you are looking for gigabit type speeds this is a great option.

We had multiple issues over two brand new Netgear CM1100's from Costco, and decided to swap to a non-club model modem. This ARRIS T25 has fixed all of the issues we had and hasn't skipped a single beat for over a month.

Easy to install and connect to Xfinity (nothing is easy with Xfinity but this worked like a charm. When you loose power it boots back up much faster and no more monthly rental fee!! Win!! Win!!!

Works with my internet (Mediacom) but doesn’t work with my landline. Need to return.

Easy set-up and works exactly as advertised. Comcast had not problem. Speeds are blazing and phones connected smoothly. I'm very pleased.

Modem was a bit more expensive than usual, due partly to my requirement to need voice capability. Activation was not available online and required a cable guy to come to my home to activate. Once activated, it works fine.

It's hard to believe that there aren't that many IP phone modems out there. It works flawlessly, never needs reset, install takes some patience with your carrier.

Eeasy to install but no better than my netgear. Also limited in number of ports.

This modem is the right choice for Xfinity/Comcast services for internet and phone installation. The setup was easy and fast.

Very nice modem, but found I can’t use it because my ISP doesn’t work with this modems telephone ports. After trying 3 times using my ISP’s telephone support, I could not activate service on either telephone line. I have no choice but to return it. My ISP said they would be happy to sell me a 1 Gig internet kit + phone + wireless that works with their telephone service. I would recommend this modem depending on your ISP’s telephone support.

This is the router to get, especially if you need dual phone line hook ups. DOCSIS 3.1 and perfect if you have comcast as your provider works great easy set up.

Bought to replace modem I was renting from Xfinity and it has been working well. Cost of device was less than a years rental - device is paid off and I have no monthly rental payment.
