After one year, this has slowed down dramatically with no other changes of electronics on the network. It is a total waste of money as far as I'm concerned.

This unit operated normally for all of one day! After that, the router repeatedly dropped the Wi-Fi signal multiple times a day, requiring unplugging the power cord and then restoring the power. The unit ran extremely hot and even having a fan ventilating it failed to prevent the Wi-Fi dropout!

After two hours on chat with Cox customer service, the product still doesn't work (I was asked for the model number and MAC more than once). I am past the two-week return period for this modem, but can still spend $35 to make Geek Squad deal with it. If I were Best Buy, I wouldn't sell cable modems.

I brought this router and it was some what easy to set up but a few hours later the wi-fi stopped working and all my devices had no connection so i'm looking into Netgear this modem is bad it will give to a headace.

I had to return because wouldn't work with xfinity camera and printer. I did get it working after changing setting of the printer to recognized Wifi Generation 6

Within 2 years the internet began cutting in and out losing connection ever 5 minutes. Would have to unplug router/modem, it would work for a day or 2 and then break again

Upgraded from a very old Arris router/modem combo and this works perfectly, was easy to set up and I don't have the connectivity issues I was before. I work from home and do design so I need fast reliable internet. This fits the bill without the hassle of a separate router and modem and mesh systems or anything else. Just plug this in a central location and you're good to go.

Bought this to replace a very expensive Netgear WIFI6 that I had just returned because it performed terribly and the connection kept dropping. This Arris is fantastic, good speed and a reliable
connection. Plus setup was fairly
straightforward.
