I needed a basic modem/router combo, and the price was reasonable. I had to download the app to install, but has worked well since.

Easy setup. Connection quality and range is good. Excellent performance.

Worked great and is what was recommended by our ISP. We did end up not needing it though as our old modem/router started working again. However, we did set it up and support walked us through the setup.

Seems to be working ok but signal strength too weak for my basement & not sure about 2nd floor….going to get some sort of antenna type thing which was not necessary with our previous Arris modem/router

This wifi router piece of this unit seems to hang up (drop connectivity) at least twice a week. Sometimes it comes right back on its own, other times I have to reboot it. I had the same issues with another ARRIS modem/wifi router (SBG8300) (purchased from Amazon). I never had connectivity issues when I used a separate Motorola cable modem and Linksys wifi router.

Works great with my Xfinity Gigabit internet . Awesome WiFi speed and reliabilty

Some of the best money I have ever spent!!! I really am impressed with the Arris Modem/Router. Both my laptop and TV work better than before I got it. My older router would record TV programs and have breaks in the playback, but not with this one. The sales person said it was good - and he was so right.

Exactly what I needed and was easy to set up. Very good product

It works well downstairs but the upstairs still gets sluggish slow down. I am not sure if it is the company or the new router since both were upgraded. All and all it seems to work really good for the price.

I was thrilled to return the two Xfinity TV boxes and router I’d been renting for years and had most certainly paid for a million times over. XFINITY’s last price increase included an increase on all that old equipment - that was persuasive enough for me. Wish I’d known about this option sooner.

the modem was a good price and it worked well, the app UI was not the best but after setup it did exactly what I expected.
