Great cable modem and router works amazing with isp provider

This modem was very easy to install and works well. I had not realized how poor the quality of my phone conversations were until after I installed this. I have no phone service without wifi where I live. People began to comment about how clear the sound was.

easy to install and optimum setup is easy but the speed is a lit slow in comparison with gateway 6. internet plan is 300 mbp here. but no complaint since

While the setup was generally simple, the fact that my in-laws do not have a smart phone made this terribly convoluted. It resulted in setting up the modem as myself and then go through several adminstration changes to get the account back in their name. Speed, etc, are all acceptable.

I really love Arris Products and this one is no different. It stay connected all the time. Only thing i dont like is the App is Awful. Hopefully Arris will upgrade the App. But no issues so far.

It was easy to set up and change passwords for the 2.4G versus 5G service. It meets my needs for wifi/internet/streaming services. The sales associate at the Martinsburg Best Buy was knowledgeable and helped identify a router to match my requirements.

I've had it up and running for several days now and it is great - very fast. The only issue I can add is the mobile app to get it installed was glitchy and caused some stress but once I was provisioned by my ISP it was a piece of cake to get it going.

It was easy to install for someone who has no knowledge nor cares to have knowledge in the techno world. You do have to have your service company out to sync it. Has a very strong range in my 1942 brick home, which my last modem router did not have as strong of an output.

This works really well, it is quick and there have been no problems so far.

Our old motorola died one day, so we need a router/modem in a hurry. Got this as i thought it would serve our household, and my remote working spouse. Worked great for a month, but now having lag issues on zoom calls, the 2g band drops out, and wifi lag at the back of our small 1100 sqft house. Outside of return window. So gotta dump it and get something else. Really bummed at this product!

Excellent modem/ router combo. Had to recently upgrade because my previous one was 5 year old and this one has exceeded all expectations. Great for gaming. Well above 400mbps which works perfect for my apartment

I am not good at setting electronics up up this was a breeze. Wi-Fi is available in every room. Streaming is easy, without slow downs.
