The modem/router was very easy to install. The instructions were straight forward and the codes needed were available on a small card. Access to the Internet has been easy.

It's a good item, just can't carry the load of a person working from home. Buffers a lot, during TV watching, and my wife's phone calls sometime drop due to low coverage. Then there are days when everything is "perfect"! I believe that COMCAST is monitoring our signal and preventing the service to operate to it's full potential, since they control everything.

I am totally satisfied with this product and will be getting another one for our vacation home. Technician set it up with no problems. No more monthly rental fees for me.

I liked having just one router/modem. It was also very easy for a dumb tech person to install. I love it that when I just my Wi-Fi speed it is extremely fast. Just one thing it does not come with cords. Need to be purchased separately.

The modem/router is adequate but I still have issues with internet drops at times that Cox clamed was due to modem issues and they will not further investigate.

What should have been an easy setup was complicated by Comcast not getting their end of the connection set properly. Once the tech that was dispatched got here, it was running a minute later. we only have 2 TVs, a tablet, and a pair of cell phones, but haven't had any problems. Would recommend!
