Upgraded too this from a knighthawk and i could deffentaly tell the difference in wifi performance!

This cable modem had the most features for the price and was plenty robust for our needs. Set up was easy.

Thought it would be a little easier to set up but hubby got very impatient. We called for help and finally got all 3 TV’s and both phones and one of the computers set up.

I recommend this device, it is very effective and very easy to install.

My daughter had a work at home emergency and needed a new router asap. No one could accommodate her needs right away except Best Buy. She loves it and Best buy saved her work day.

As with the phones purchased, have not had the G 34 router long enough to offer a proper opinion of the product. However, since you ask, I can say this; The new router will not recognize my printer. Will have to get help to resolve that issue. As to the below question, would I recommend the item to others ? I don't know yet..... DRB

Works great, needed it when old modem stopped working.

Works great with Sparklight in Prescott, AZ. Saves the $12.50 monthly wifi rental fee!

Was not compatible with Xfinity. Three techs tried to get it to work and 4th concluded not compatible.

Smooth Comcast install. Noticable speed and range boost moving up to WiFi 6.

Unfortunately it did not work for what I needed, however, if it was compatible, I could see it would have been a perfect fit. Unfortunately my internet provider was difficult to find a compatible part to.

To be honest, buying this was an accident but a MASSIVELY great one. I had no idea how fast my internet could have been until I bought this. Plus, the range on this extends to the end of my yard. I do have a home on a 1/4 acre. I would recommend it to any workers from home, gamers and multi family homes that share the internet.

A little difficult to install I ended having to call Comcast to install the modem.

I bought this but ended up not needing it as the internet company provided a modem with my service. However, I was very pleased with how easy it was to return. Best Buy employees made the chore a breeze. Thank you!!

Good high speed internet through out the house. Definitely recommend.
