At first, i had issues disconnecting on my PS5, like completely lagging out of games. I havent had that happen in a month or so, although on my Roku TV, it sometimes glitches out while watching streaming apps.

I recently increased my internet speed to 500 megabytes and I am able to stream youttube and Paramont+ without any drop outs or buffering. This device is saving me $ 15 a month that I do not have to pay Comcast. An excellent buy.

Very satisfied with this product. Installed in minutes but had to contact provider to finish install. The WiFi 6! Reaches my entire house and no problem with streaming service.

I both this modem/router to upgrade my 7yr old modem/router combo.
I see a lot of 1 star reviews. So, I was skeptical. But, setup was easy. The longest part of the setup process was waiting for Xfinity to to activate the new modem.
Modem speeds are as advertised, for my internet plan.

Hot garbage of a combo unit.
Consistent connection problems since install. Network dropping out, and is starting to drop out multiple times a day. I should have more reviews of the unit, as this is a common occurrence it looks like. It's barely three weeks old.
I'm outside of the return policy now, and out 200 bucks, but that's my fault for not trying to return it sooner. Don't be like me. Don't give this thing a chance.

Terrible, do not water your money. Same connectivity issues that other people have noted. Stopped working after 1 day because it could not hold a signal.

Thing overheats and keeps shutting down appears to be a common issue.A lot of people have brought up online.I have reached out to them and they didn't care at all.So I wouldn't recommend getting it

Would be 0 star. Returned it to Best Buy. Cox tech came to my house unable to get the internet to work. Had to reuse old modem/router. MOST IMPORTANT when I activated the product required to use the "surfboard" app for a phone the app requested a credit card to register, NOT OPTIONAL. Said I wasn't charged for anything. Credit card bill showed 2 $34.95 charges from Barbara Tech which was flagged as fraud. I was signed up for service w/o my permission. I called Barbara Tech to remove charges and they did but crecit card company closed my account and issued new card. Will never again buy Arris products!!!!!!! So sneaky!!!
